Here is a question relating to CCW applications: For those states that require fingerprinting, are sets taken and compared to a database then discarded, or are they added to a database? Local leo's have not been able to answer this, saying htey really weren't sure. I have heard both, but have not found a definitive answer, and would appreciate links to official sources.
