Announcing the births of Aiden and Neil Macadam, my grandsons.Earlier I had posted a thread asking for prayers for these babies, as they and their mom (freeper pesto) were having a hard time of it. The babies weren't due until February Aiden weighed in at 3 pounds, 5 oz, and Neil weighs 2 pounds, 15 ounces. They join their big sis, Lily, who is 20 months old. As you can see, pesto and Mr pesto still need a lot of prayers--LOL!I'm heading to Sacramento this afternoon.

An awful lot of preparation has gone into trying to make this event very worthwhile and well run.Some of us will be at the rally site by 9AM. <p>Here's the latest concerning the Support the Troops Rally in Crawford on Saturday, August 27th. Move America Forward will be joining us in our permitted space. We have invited them to furnish a few speakers for the program.</p> <p>We still plan to be at Walmart in Waco by 11 AM to await the arrival of the Caravan which will have started out in California. We will then fall in behind them and become part of the caravan.</p>

Here's the more detailed plans for our event in Crawford on SATURDAY, AUGUST 27.I have been in contact with the organizer of the Move America Forward Caravan Planner. We decided that the best place to meet up with the caravan is in Waco. We can meet in the WalMart parking lot at the intersection of I-35 and Lake Shore. That is on the west side of I-35. I would suggest that if you plan to follow the caravan in from Waco, that you be at the parking lot no later than 11:45--they may be running later, but won't be there...

<p>It has been decided that we will meet up in front of the little Texas Cafe located on Lone Star Parkway, which is also the main highway/street that runs through Crawford. We will be there by 9AM. I still don't know what time the caravan plans to arrive, but I assume it will be fairly early in the day.</p>
