Alright, everyone keeps saying that the BP deep-sea oil leak is under control, but a quick check of the live ROV feed on BP's website shows several clouds of oil still billowing out. Here's a screen grab I took about half-an-hour ago: Now, I'm no oil expert or big-wig politician, but that hardly looks "under control" to me---unless this is all part of the plan...
