You are not your brain, and brain death does not equal death. Protect yourself from a false “brain death” diagnosis by refusing to be a registered organ donor. But this is not enough. The 2006 update to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (UAGA) now mandates that if a person has no documented refusal to donate (and the family cannot be contacted) the coroner, medical examiner, or hospital administrator can donate your body or organs on your behalf. By documenting your refusal to donate in your advanced directive and electronic medical record and by carrying a “refusal to donate” wallet card,...

“In the Russian-Ukrainian crisis,” the Archbishop writes, “we must clearly recognize and denounce the coup d’état of the deep state worldwide, which has worked to install the New World Order, involving the WEF, NATO, UN, the European Union, the IMF…” I could not agree more with his Excellency, that this is indeed a geo-critical moment and that this discussion must move beyond the realm of Fox News and CNN if we are to bring anything constructive to the de-escalation of this crisis. If this issue is not addressed with integrity and objectivity, Viganò cautions, “there is a real risk that...

As you know, coronavirus is front and center. Yesterday for the first time I had a guy refuse to shake my hand after a speech, citing coronavirus fears. I was taken aback. You mean people can't touch anymore? I was scheduled to do a presentation at Google headquarters in April; that event was canceled yesterday, again citing fears of assembly due to the coronavirus. Isn't it amazing what society chooses to panic about? We don't panic about 50,000 people being killed by drunk drivers. We don't panic about parents still feeding their kids Lucky Charms and Cheerios even in the...

Hi and Merry Christmas. I’m honored to have a chance to speak with you and your family this year. Recently we learned that our governments, working in concert, have created a system of worldwide system of mass surveillance watching everything we do. Great Britain’s George Orwell warned us of the danger of this kind of information. The types of collection in the book -– microphones and video cameras, TVs that watch us –- are nothing compared to what we have available today. We have sensors in our pockets that track us everywhere we go. Think about what this means for...

The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Pub.L. 110-289, H.R. 3221) designed primarily to address the subprime mortgage crisis, was passed by the United States Congress on July 24, 2008 and signed by President George W. Bush on July 30, 2008. It authorizes the Federal Housing Administration to guarantee up to $300 billion in new 30-year fixed rate mortgages for subprime borrowers if lenders write-down principal loan balances to 90 percent of current appraisal value. It's intended to restore confidence in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by strengthening regulations and injecting capital into the two large U.S. suppliers of...

Let’s consider a time, within living memory, when the country really was dealing with a crisis. A friend recently stumbled across a 1040 from the year 1943. There were a few things going on that year.

The U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea already has created a Byzantine array of international organizations to administer the provisions of LOST. Everything from compliance with global environmental agreements, to the collection of "user fees" from private companies, to disputes about military operations above, on or under international waters are subject to mandatory dispute resolution by one or more of these international bodies.

An international treaty under consideration by the Senate would seriously undermine the economic clout the U.S. currently wields at the United Nations. Approval of the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), a 25-year-old international treaty regulating use of the world’s oceans, is steaming ahead in the Senate, where committee hearings have been scheduled to begin on Sept. 27. Among other provisions, UNCLOS would levy a tax on members’ undersea operations, requiring nations to pay up to 7 percent of their sea-mining revenues.

The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS)is the biggest giveaway of American sovereignty and resources since Jimmy Carter’s Panama Canal Treaty. It creates a global tax on American companies and turns the riches of the oceans, including oil, gas and minerals, over to the United Nations. Defending America? The U.S. Navy is now committed to a "global maritime network" under "hundreds of flags." The 202-page treaty document was described by the late leftist Senator Alan Cranston as "the most far-reaching and comprehensive system created thus far by the global community." UNCLOS mandates a global tax...
