Heather MacDonald, author of books including The War on Cops and The Diversity Delusion, is the scheduled guest on tomorrow's "In-Depth" on C-Span2. MacDonald's books usually take on provocative topics with well- researched and reasoned arguments, and this should be an interesting three hours.
