Yes....too high an IQ is a disqualifier as intelligent people are more likely
to question the rational and necessity of procedures. Especially procedures that are blatantly evil and corrupt. Academy screening processes that used to screen OUT sociopaths and incompetence now screen FOR those types of applicants as those running the show want hired thugs to enforce compliance rather than civilized people with common sense who would serve society. The government is not recruiting for law enforcement and has not for a long time. They are now recruiting for their Schutzstaffel, a
new type of gestapo.

The issue is not genetic....it is how a fetus responds to the increase in
stress the mother is subjected to in utero. One fetus may not respond to the hormone markers of stress and the other fetus does. That would cause one to be born normal and the other with changes to the structure.

The research is ongoing but the evidence so far is clear. The structure of a male brain of a gay man is closer to the structure of a normal female than a normal male.

And the hatred and vitriol of so many on this issue makes me ashamed to
call myself a christian...because it is invariably people who profess to be saved who are the most hateful and abusive to those who don’t believe what they want them to believe.

It’s amazing how absolutely hateful some people are at a
condition that causes them no physical harm. Homosexuals
and their activity pose no risk to the life and health of
people who live a moral life and who do not engage in promiscuous conduct.

NOBODY woke up one morning and said “I guess today is the day I decide if I’m gay or straight”. NOBODY went to school
one day for “pick your gender orientation” day....perhaps it
was scheduled for the same day as “career day” and I missed it.

Homosexual orientation is not a choice people make like
which color car to buy or what college to go to. It’s a
realization that most come to at some time during adolesence. And it’s a source of great pain and suffering
for many who wish to fit in to the norm but don’t feel normal trying to fit in. In short it’s a curse for most who
would like to be mainstream but realize they are not.

A small portion of the small group of homosexual people in
this country have become so vocal and militant with the help
of the communists in power and their media lapdogs that they
are making most people hate ALL homosexuals when it is only
a small number of them that wish to impose their will on
everone, just as it is a small number of people who go into
politics so they can impose their will on others.

Homosexuality is condition that people suffer from...not a
choice they made and it is for most of them a source of
distress and pain as they came to terms with it. I feel
SORRY for them. I will not condemn them for what I know is
a condition they did not choose but a sentence imposed on them by biology.

While such research may be relevant one must take into
account that the reliability and accuracy of responses to
such questions is dubious. People remember events and
experiences from their childhood inaccurately and incompletely at best. The younger they were the less accurate they are. Many a person has been crucified in
court for the allegations of abuse made by small children
that were not only unsubstantiated but proven false. Many
people when prodded by questioners and led by misleading
questions will give inaccurate answers. I prefer to invest
my beliefs in actual research that can be seen, measured and
repeated.

Isn’t it wonderful how double blind controlled research
that doesn’t match your prejudice is hogwash. Multiple
studies done by more than one research program shows that
there is an UNQUESTIONABLE difference in the structure
of the brains that is easily seen on MRI. THIS IS FACT.
Name calling and hystrionics won’t change that but it WILL
highlight those engaging in said conduct for the small minded and mean spirited people they truly are.

Incidents such as this must make one wonder how many people
are languishing behind bars for the very simple reason that
in their case a camera wasn’t present to record the criminalty of the badgemonkeys who destroyed their lives.

A reasonable guess would be that for every case such as this
there could easily be 10, 20 or even more where the lies of
the badgemonkeys were taken as gospel because there was no
video to prove them as being the liars they all tend to be.

While one may debate the “born gay” issue if they choose
there is no doubt that there is a physiologic difference
between gay men and straight men. This difference is quite
apparent on MR images of the brain.

In addition lab research shows that by subjecting a control group of pregnant rats to normal conditions and a second group to highly stressful conditions those male rats born
to the control group exhibit normal behavior while the male
rats born to the stressed group exhibit high levels of homosexual behavior.

While engaging in homosexual activity can be considered a
choice the innate programming that controls a persons preferences appears to be set during pregnancy.

By law occupational dose for a “radiation worker” meaning someone who works in an industry where they might be occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation has a dose
limit of 1.25 R per calender quarter and a maximum dose of
5R per calender year. Some employers can and do break that dose down into weekly or daily limits. That is acceptable as long as the cumulative dose does not exceed the legal limits of 1.25R/qtr or 5R.yr.

NON occupational exposure is limited to 10% of occupational
exposure. This means that a secretary working in such a place cannot recieve more than 125mr/qtr or 500mr/yr. In addition there are further limits placed on occupational workers who are pregnant.

This story seems fishy. I doubt that much exposure is being generated “in the wild”.

No way to tell how this will pan out eventually but you can bet the farm that a LOT of people including a bunch of .gov assclowns are looking for ways to
separate this couple from the coins by any means possible.

Yes....but get caught carrying concealed in most jurisdictions and you will be facing serious charges. You could end up a felon and prohibited from
owning ANY modern firearms. I can’t think of a single law involving the sale
or ownership of guns that ISN’T a violation of the BOR. Doesn’t stop them
from enforcing those laws and using them to destroy people who run afoul of them.

A very large lawsuit should help deter this kind of harassment.

Won’t make a bit of difference. Any settlement will be paid
by the taxpayers. The incompetent badgemonkeys will hide
behind union protection and laugh their ass off. The union will
even fight against making them demonstrate competence.

For every $100 collected by victims of LEO crime and abuse
less than 1/10th of 1% comes out of the pockets of the thugs
perpetrating the abuses. It’s ALWAYS the taxpayer who suffers
the costs for institutionalized criminality by badgemonkeys.

It’s all well and good to say that a pediatrician can take better care of a child than a GP, PA, ERMD etc. and this is probably true. However all that expertise is of absolutely NO VALUE if it is not available WHEN IT IS NEEDED. Keeping bankers hours Mon-Thursday and refusing to be on call
or available nights and weekends while advising parents to avoid the
alternatives that are ACTUALLY AVAILABLE is the very height of conceit.

Till these petty assclowns are willing to step up and actually WORK they
need to STFU.

Get hair samples and submit for analysis.
If they were real users their hair will show
that. If this was a one time hotshot to kill
then plant evidence their will be no traces in
their hair. If the bodies are cremated ASAP
then you can be CERTAIN something is being
hidden.

Lets not confuse what a court says with what a sheriff
may or may not do. The 9th’s decision stated that
“good cause” was not a basis that could be used to decide
whether or not permit would be issued. The ruling did not
instruct the sheriff to issue unless a reason to deny could
be found and the law grants the sheriff the discretion to
issue, it does not require him to issue. This decision
is not a directive to the sheriff...it is a decision that
removes strikes down the “good cause” portion of Penal Code
section 12050. The “good moral character” requirement is still in place...and is still subjective and the requirement for specified training is still in place.
Some jurisdictions may issue more permits now than in the
past based on this decision....I suspect that most will not.
HOW they decide to proceed is up in the air as this code
still grants the sheriff full discretion to issue or not.

The “reasonable restrictions” on where and how carry may
occur is also another point that will likely be contended
in court at some time.

This decision in no way changed the political landscape in
Kali regarding permits. Those sheriffs that issued them
for reasonable purposes will continue to do so and those
who looked for reasons to refuse still have verbage in
the code that allows them to deny or restrict as THEY choose. This issue is far from settled. The ruling is
a step in the right direction but THAT IS ALL IT IS...
a step.

The government CAN and WILL do exactly what it wants
when it wants to whom it wants with impunity. WHY?
Because the people allow it. Of coure 90% of what
occurs violates the Consitution....but they don’t care.
They know that nothing will happen to them for what
they do. That is why we no longer even have the appearance
of being free let alone true freedom.
Till the people in power abusing that power pay the price
they have no incentive to stop abuse, no reason to fear and
no obstacle to their agenda.

You only have the rights you are willing to fight for, kill for and die for. Till those infringing on our rights start dying they will continue and become more bold and abusive.

If this child dies what MUST happen is the judge responsible for this travesty has to be hunted down
tarred, feathered and hung. NONE of these abuses
are possible without the complicity of blackrobed
pirates who think they have rights and parents don’t.

These types of abuses occur for one basic reason....
because they can. Nobody EVER steps up to hold the
perpetrators PERSONALLY responsible. As long as power
mad sociopaths can run rampant without fear of meaningful
consequences that is exactly what they will do....it is
their nature.

Few things will trigger people who otherwise are docile
to turn violent than the pangs of hunger.....unless it is
the look of hunger in the eyes of their children.

Pretty much.....that part of the Ukraine would prefer
to remain Russian. If such a partition could be arranged
peacefully then so be it. Putin however is not particularly
subtle. Things could get ugly if they don’t go his way.
