Perhaps the RNC & Citizen McCain have information that these sorts of ads actually HELP Obama, rather than hurt him. This is, after all, precisely the fundamental theme of Obama's book & his message: We (the USA) cannot adequately address or even begin to solve the monumental challenges we face UNLESS we rid ourselves of the failed politics of the past (i.e. this very mudslinging mentality...aka 'gotcha games') and become willing to CHANGE OUR POLITICS. Let's hear it now...

A typical white person, deathly AFRAID of a President with darker skin than their own, is NOT going to vote for Obama whether they've seen the Rev. Wright's sermon-bites or not. And the A-typical white person is so tolerant, consciousness-raised, hip, cool & in-tune...so Democratic...Independent...and Progressive...that such ads do not sway them at all...they're already voting for Obama because they truly believe HE'S RIGHT...we must change our politics.

Thus, the ads do NOT further the objectives of the RNC or Citizen McCain...so it's best to condemn them...just in case Obama is the Dem nominee...AND ardent, conservative Republicans may not vote for Citizen McCain at all...on purely conservative principles.

CPS attorney Gary Banks told Walther the agency planned to separate nursing infants from their adult mothers, an idea she rejected. Those 18 mothers should be placed with their babies, she said.

Trouble is, they're really only Alleged Mothers until the DNA tests are completed & the puzzle put together. Thus, it's possible the infants are currently nursing from their aunt's, sister's, or some stranger's breast. Maybe the Judge had more facts than are laid out here.

Meanwhile, the CPS recommendation to continue 'home schooling' rather than tossing the school-age kids into the public schools right away seems reasonable...and the Judge concurred.

Makes me wonder if CPS has some basis for suspicion that nursing infants are suckling from inappropriate mammalia...

Except for the large number of children to be placed in Protective Custody, this was likely a standard CPS operation. The level of LEO protection varies with circumstances...such as when taking Britney Spears' children into custody. There, CPS probably wanted more LEO protection than when taking children out of John & Jane Drug-Dealers home.

The real bad news for the Funda-Mormons here was the discovery of beds in the Temple with clean, white linens & some nearby dogma about 'Immaculate Conception', a Biblical phrase they may have mis-interpreted...

The State of Texas is handling this very well IMHO. Remember, Waco was a FEDERAL law enforcement operation from the git-go...and they went in with guns blazing (and helicopters with sniper fire...probably ordered by Hitlery!). Had the State of Texas been allowed to handle the Branch Davidian situation at Waco, those children would likely be alive today.

Here, at Eldorado, CPS went in with law enforcement escort...no guns blazing. The children were safely removed for an investigation. No one has been charged with any crime. I suspect no one has even been read their Miranda rights. It may very well be that no one is EVER charged with a crime here.

The point is the children are now safe...and if a Dependency Court Judge finds the allegations to be substantiated, the children can then be adopted to other, more suitable parents or guardians & environment. If it's all a big CPS fraud, the children can go back to the compound (as will certainly be ordered by the Court in that case).

A much better outcome than FEDERAL law enforcement provided at the Waco Massacre ordered by Bill & Hillary Clinton...who now want your support once again to return them to the White House! Gag me with a spoon...

BTW, Ernesto Miranda, for whose case the famous 'Warning' is named, was later murdered in a poker game in Arizona & NO ONE was ever charged or prosecuted for that crime. Seems that the other poker players ALL chose to remain silent after being read their 'Miranda Rights'. There was no justice for Ernesto Miranda...
