  • Who Owns the Source Code?

    08/12/2021 11:06:36 AM PDT · by RobertoinAL · 48 replies
I ask this question "Who owns the source code?" Typically a state government agency contracts non-governmental companies to write specific software based on need. For instance, Dominion. From my experience, that state would own the source code since the state is paying for it, and can with their technical staff modify if needed. Why don't any states own the Dominion software?

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall, along with Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-District 4, and two other Alabama voters have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Census Bureau, specifically the bureau’s use of differential privacy. According to Marshall’s office, the lawsuit was filed over the Department of Commerce’s decision to “manipulate census data that will affect congressional and state legislative redistricting, and delay delivery of census data the States need to complete redistricting.” The Census Bureau is a part of the Department of Commerce. In the lawsuit, Marshall and Aderholt challenge the commerce department and the Census Bureau...
  • Gab is now down

So, I joined Gab this morning, and got my confirmation e-mail. I went into the site just to see how it is layed out. Went and read some articles, generally just looked around to see who was posting. I closed down the site, and came back to FR. Then, I just tried to go back into the site and got a 503 error. Gosh, it doesn't take the NSA much time to shut us down. Has anyone else had this trouble. Oh, and CFP has been down for a couple of days. So free speech has been taken away from...

  • Call it what it is! Coup d'état

    03/19/2018 4:09:12 PM PDT · by RobertoinAL · 43 replies
When is someone going to label our current political situation with the FBI, DOJ, CIA, MSM, Dem Party, etc., for what it is - a Coup d'état? America is famous for doing this in most every continent and country in the world. Why would we think that an out of control government wouldn't do this at home?
  • When is the Dept. of Education being shut down?

    03/15/2017 9:04:51 AM PDT · by RobertoinAL · 22 replies
I ordered my grandson's Florida math books (authors Houghton, Mifflin, Harcourt), and found they are ALL Common Core. Having taught math, algebra, and trig, I was scratching my head as to why they made math so hard. I'm sure the scientists, mathematicians, and engineers at NASA weren't taught CC, and they put us on the moon. When will we end the Department of Education? The communists are laughing their butts off at the US, since they control education in our country. The youth are stupid for a reason!!

The Dems in Alabama have pulled Harry Lyons as their Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. "The hearing generated colorful commentary from Lyon, who represented himself. At one point, Democratic Party Chairman Mark Kennedy asked Lyon if he believes gays and lesbians are abominations. Lyon replied, "God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve."

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The State Department of Education is advising school superintendents to hold off on providing enrollment data to the U.S. Department of Justice. The DOJ had requested Alabama school superintendents provide a list of all students who had withdrawn from schools since the beginning of the school year. Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez sent a letter to Alabama school systems wanting to know how many Hispanic students are enrolled in schools and how many have withdrawn since the beginning of the school year. Educators reported the new law caused many Hispanic students to stay home in the...
