  • RETREAT : White House appears ready to drop 'public option'

Now is the time to press even harder against the National Socialist. We must double our efforts to kill this bill and Cap and Trade as well. Everyone must:

Continue to write and call their reps
Write REAL letters to fill their offices to the rafters
Continue to attend public events and voice our opinions

The tide may very well be turning OR it is just a feint by the National Socialist to lull our forces into a complacency or even a trap. As all good leftist teach, if you can’t beat them - make them think you’re giving up.

this is tricky business. yes, we’ve heard this same rant for decades and it never comes true. but things ARE different this time. Since i am not the Messiah (and neither is the reputed “m”essiah) we’ll just have to wait and see. Good news is that i can finally cash in my gold high school ring and get back what i so foolishly overpaid for it so long ago!! That shouls provide a meal or two for my family when things get really really bad in about 6 weeks.

  • Watch Out - Even This Rally Parallels The Great Depression

back when this all started a few friends and i were discussing the strong parallells to the depression. We all outlined what would probably happen in the next year. So far we’ve been right. Our outline ended with a very long collapse. I believe we are nearing that point now, a little sooner than we expected but arriving nonetheless.

I think a lot of people in washington actually understood what was happening and that is why Bush even agreed to push thru the humungus stimulus so quick. Many economist say if they had done that during the depression things wouldn’t have collapsed. Looks like we’re going to find out if their theory was correct. Wish they’d have been the ones to try it instead of us... the “m”ESSIAH’s sure not helping with new testament of communism.

You know why people “love” and are “mesmerized” by Obama? Cause he looks like Bill Cosby from the 70’s - big ears, big grin, tall and a bit lanky. Even the way he talks sometimes, kind of jumbled... people are transfering their positive memories of cosby onto obama.

Wife of NC terrorist claims FBI lied to her to arrange her arrest. Of course she contacted the Islamic Council and they want a Justice Department investigation.

Warning: she is wearing a burka. Apparently their son was involved in a kidnapping/robbery a while back but "is a good kid". There was a very large "boom" in their area back in the spring. Shook the ground, rattled homes miles away. Authorities could never find the cause. I wonder if the FBI did - and it was a practice bomb of some sorts and that is how their cell was uncovered?

Probably true. It should be clear to anyone by now, especially Conservatives, that the Republican party is dead. It merely does ‘trick’s like an attention starved dog to get an old bone or two (votes) thrown its way and it thinks those bones are coming from the left.

There is only one party - the “Government” Party. We must start the process of creating a real alternative. It will take a few years to get it up and running but it is the only option. Right now we have something akin to the Chinese Communist Party developing although it appears as two headed it is actually just one, and once it does we are through.

This all sounds like a ‘faint’ by the intelligensia. They want this healthcare bill pushed through, for obvious reasons. But they know it is not popular. So they appear to rachet up the heat, get things stirred up among the Dems internally. Under pressure Dems will always push ahead quicker and stronger, and irrationally, ignoring everyone and every thing around them. And they are also leaving the impression upon the average joe that “hey, its losing steam and not going to pass, i have nothing to worry about, i’ll focus on life instead” and *****WHAMMMMMM*****, it comes back and is quickly and shockingly passed. Not the first time they’ve done this.

There is no way the media changes their mind about this guy - he is of the same blood. NO WAY...

    Oh this is so obvious...

The Clintons have the proof - that is why she has been so quiet as SOS. They want to bring him down hard, real hard but didn’t have everything in place before the election. Plus it would have made her look very evil. But now, with his failures their time is coming. Biden will move up to president, Hillary will be nominated to VP. Then, old Joe will take a little walk in the park and the rest is history.

Those Clintons, they sure are sneaky...

Yes, that is partially true (though they are not wonderfully conservative, constitutional and perfect). But they fail because they desire to be seperate - they each have their own little pet cause to aspouse and at the end of the day their leadership is content to bask in what little admiration they get - it fulfills their egos and that is all they really exist for anyway.

A dynamic and honest leader with a sincere desire to change the course of our nation, supported by a fed-up populous, will result in a successful new party (perot proved this to some extent, but he pulled back). Whether it is a “third, fourth or 50th party” does not matter. What matters is that it comes in first on election day. And that is a goal that is achievable for a new party dedicated to the Constitution and that puts forth an effective nationwide marketing campaign but not by the current Republican power structure.

I stand by my statement: the Republican Party is dead and little lindsay is nailing the coffin lid shut for them.

I’m in NC, and surrounded by a so called Liberal culture but everyone I talk to isn’t very ‘LIBERAL’ right now. The percentage of true liberals is not very high. It is/was being distorted by the desire for hope and change - that’s why they pounded that message into the ground so hard. Great thing is, that message is 100% recyclable material and will work even better in 2012 - but not from the Dems, and not from the Republicans - they had their shot big time in ‘94 and blew it big time and everyone will remember that for a 100 years. We are undergoing a major shift in philosophy in our nation - times like these demand we shed the past failure of the Republican Party or be completely lost. The Republican Party is dead. It is nothing more than a fring group made of people seeking their own little power bases. The Republic Party has no core beliefs. In fact, it has no core anything. Like an apple with the center missing, it got squishy pretty damn fast.

    DIE HARD REPUBLICAN PARTY -
    AND LONG LIVE THE CONSTITUTIONALISTS!

Please remember Perot, as imperfect a candidate he was, was on track to win the election according to polling trends. He pulled the rug out from under his own feet near the end because he didn’t really want to win - he just wanted to keep Bush 1 from winning re-election.

A third party is viable: The Reconstructionist or Constitutionalist Party. As for giving the dems an easy win by splitting the Rep vote: I am no longer a Republican. I am a Conservative - they already lost my vote. Our only chance is to make a clean break and steal Conservatives from both the Dems and Reps PLUS invigorate a whole new voting block of dissallusioned Americans who have something worth turning out for.

truth is our nation has suffered from lack of experienced leadership for nearly two decades. We have elected younger men that, despite their governorship experience, did not have the right mix or temperment for the Presidency. So we can compile this problem out the next 8 or even 16 years by following the two parties leads or we can start our own search for someone with a strong understanding of the Constitution. Based on past successful leadership models they should:

    1. Not be an academic or a lawyer (Reagan)
    2. Have some military experience, but not too much (Teddy Roosevelt)
    3. Be Constitutionalist (??)
    4. Be strong in their words (F. Roosevelt)
    5. Be a person of the land/a farmer (Washington)
    6. Be able to communicate their message in laymens terms
    7. Be honest
    8. Be free of hollywood drama and influences

A few thoughts. There is a true conservative Constitutionalist Presidential candidate out there somewhere. Right now he is so disgusted with the vermin in power he is keeping his distance so as not to get rabies. However, the further away he gets from the vermin the closer he gets to his shotgun so he can take care of it. I imagine the one we’re looking for is a mix of Teddy Roosevelt and Andrew Jackson - at least that’s probably what we need right now. Definitely not a Woodrow Wilson or, Lord help us, Jimmy Carter. Unfortuantely the latter is what we seem to be dealing with. Once we do find such a person we must support him or her wholeheartedly and independently of either party. But no Bull-Moose or Perot nonesense. It should be an internet based party for efficiency. Call it the Reconstructionist party for that’s what we will be doing in the aftermath of the current policies.
