HIDALGO COUNTY - The six suspects accused of taking part in Sunday’s shooting of a Hidalgo County deputy went before a judge to face charges Tuesday. The suspects were charged with possession of marijuana. Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino says five of the suspects are illegals and only one is a U.S. citizen.
