BRIDGEPORT -- A 60-year-old city man arrested Thursday and charged with raping a 9-year-old girl on Christmas day told police investigators the girl actually attacked him, police said. Norberto Millet, of Hollister Avenue, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He was being held in lieu of $250,000 bond. The suspect, 18-year-old Dustin Keeton, was booked into jail about 8 p.m. Friday. Police said Keeton kissed and fondled the girl at a party at a Georgetown home.
