Federal prosecutors have successfully convicted one Shepard Fairey, creator of, "the iconic red, white and blue Obama 'Hope' posters in the lead-up to the 2008 presidential election," for, "criminal contempt of court for falsifying and destroying documents and coaching a witness while embroiled in a copyright infringement battle."
