It has been suggested (and I surely agree) that this census needs to be modified. There is a list as long as your arm (well - long enough) asking each individual to list their race. Since we are (Supposed to be) a color blind society it has been suggested, and I strong concur, that on this census you ignore this and choose (OTHER) when you come to this question.
