Immigration Law Is Broken? I wasn’t clear how I would ask this question because it can be misunderstood. Is it better to make this statement, The Immigration Law is Broken. Or Is it better to ask this question, Is the Immigration Law is Broken? I hear the president and others in government using the expression, immigration laws are broken and therefore in need of reform. Comprehensive reform as they express it. This creates a conundrum because when I read the law I don’t see anything broken. What does appear to be broken is the enforcement of the Immigration laws....

A caller to the Rush Limbaugh show just pointed out the fatal flaw in the Obama immigration plan: Any illegal alien who signs up for a work permit, pays their fines/taxes, etc will automatically become a part of a data base that could be used to find them when the regime changes as it assuredly will someday. Since Obama's Executive Order does not carry the force of law and is not permanent, this list could then be used to find the illegal immigrants and depost them. Therefore no one will sign up for Obamas' work permit program.

Aside from the pouting and lawsuits that won't amount to anything, nothing is going to happen to stop Obama's decree on immigration. Why? Because, as RINOS, McConnell and Boehner want what Obama wants. They really don't give a hoot about this, but to console their base, they feel obliged to step out and shake their fists. This is just an attempt to shut-up those extreme TEA party types. That's all that's gonna happen here. What do you think?

There are soon to be thirty-five Republican governors. What prevents them from exercising Prosecutorial Discretion and simply ignore Obama’s executive order?

The United Kingdom Independence Party won the special election yesterday for the parliamentary seat of Rochester and Strood with the media saying that "immigration" was the top issue. The UK has been flooded with Eastern European workers allowed to emigrate there by the rules of the European Union. This has cheapened the labor market hurting working people and small business. UKIP has made Britain's exit from the EU the centerpiece of its platform. Its a clear distinction from the UK's version of the Republican Party. The ruling Conservatives of Prime Minister David Cameron claim they are trying to cut a...

If you WANT TO STOP this then the Defunding option from Congress is the ONLY option: Call The Capital Switchboard and take my advice in the headline: 202-224-3121. Do not let the leadership pass a longer term funding bill that WILL fund this ILLIGAL Action!

Andrew Biggs. He is the Senate Majority leader here in Arizona. He was just unanimously voted back into his seat. He is also the fellow who REFUSES to let Article V go up for debate. I've written to him. His secretary gave me this link to a panel discussion on Article V. In this video, near the end , a Pro Article V advocate asks all those assembled: How many here support Andrew Biggs refusing to bring Article V debate to the floor? Nobody raised their hands. I mentioned that in a follow up letter comparing MR BIG to...

As the report goes that so many have lost their plans, had drastic price increases and losing their doctors/amenities they had with their previous plans, is it possible for those to come together, base on the vocal promises the occupant of the white house made and file a class action lawsuit against Obama's government and stop this? Don't know-just asking?

While Barack Obama is getting ready to announce his "executive amnesty" and Republicans are vowing to fight it, voters in England are choosing candidates in a special election where Prime Minister David Cameron is vowing to fight European Union rules that have opened the floodgates for cheap labor in his country. But the voters aren't buying the pitch from the "Conservative Party" leader and are expected to elect United Kingdom Independence Party candidate Mark Reckless, who resigned as Conservative MP for his seat so he could run in the special election for UKIP. Reckless says voters feel "over taxed" "over...

Let's remember that just months ago, Kevin Trudeau was sentenced to prison for making ... well, not really FALSE health care claims, but MISLEADING health care claims in the literature he published. From the Chicago Tribune: >>>Trudeau has been jailed since Nov. 12 when he was convicted by a federal jury of criminal contempt for lying in several infomercials about the contents of his hit book, “The Weight Loss Cure 'They' Don't Want You to Know About.” Prosecutors said he ignored a previous court order by describing the program as easy when it actually called for punishing calorie restrictions and...

The Mexican Revolution, which began on November 20, 1910, and continued for a decade, is recognized as the first major political, social, and cultural revolution of the 20th century. The United States, Mexico’s northern neighbor, was significantly affected by the human dislocation that resulted: if someone did not want to fight, the only alternative was to leave the country—and over 890,000 Mexicans did just that by legally emigrating during the second decade of the 20th century….

If bammy is going to act on his own, is it time for freedom loving Americans to take up arms and protect the southern border? Imagine 100-500 thousand armed citizens deployed along the border. That would send a message. Or maybe redeploy this citizens group to a more northeasterly location..... It could happen. Question is, is it time?

The Overlooked Irony of Jonathan Gruber's Candid Statements MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber has been captured on a number of video recordings stating that the Democrats relied upon and exploited the “stupidity of the American voter” to pass Obamacare. But American voters are not really stupid – not most of them anyway. Even the average Democrat voter is not stupid. Rather, Democrat voters are badly misinformed because they rely on the leftist media for information and opinion. So what Gruber and the Democrats really exploited was not the stupidity of the American voter, but corrupt and dishonest reporting by leftist journalists....

I am surprised by the lack of editorials on how the Democrat's politics of deceive and deny make it impossible to have any kind of compromise. Why doesn't the political elite realize that their lack of political will to enforce the rule of law on this White House means that nothing short of deporting all illegals will be tolerated? If we actually trusted them, maybe we would tolerate them paying a yearly tax for all the costs imposed upon the citizens of the United States. A tax based on cost, not income. If they couldn't pay it, then they would...

I haven't posted a vanity for a while, so I am due. I'm watching Greta interview some Asian dude with a heavy accent. So he isn't natural born. They are talking about Gruber, and he is supporting him. Why can't Greta see through this facade and question this guy's background. He might be part of the plan to make American a communisht nation. There are thousands of Asians in our university system that are socialist/communists and can't speak the American language. Political correctness has completely ruined our country. And the same thing is happening with Muslims. No one questions them,...

This is a call to action: STOP Congress from passing an Omnibus Spending Bill through September of 2015, instead they need to pass a clean CR through January 2015, then they'll at least have the tools to fight Obama's lawlessness through defunding his "executive actions" on Amnesty, Obamacare, and whatever else. Does anyone have any idea why the election results for the Alaska Senate race (and all other races in that state) haven't been updated since Tuesday night? They managed to go through a little over 20,000 ballots on Tuesday, but nothing else since. It sounds like they have anywhere from 20,000 to 35,000 more ballots to count. Did they announce they would continue the counting at a later date?

If Senator McConnell really wants to play hardball with Obama, he should announce he will 'temporarily' suspend the Filibuster Rule in the Senate if Obama goes ahead with Executive Amnesty. 1) This will drive a wedge between Reid and Obama, since Reid's power will be directly tied to Obama's action 2) This will enable the Legislative branch to more readily balance it's powers with those of the Executive Branch 3) Much better than some Impeachment action, since it will actually give the Senate more power over the Executive Branch. Desperate times call for desperate measures ...
