The official winter weather statistics have just be compiled by the Weather Institute of ConservativeInPA for Harrisburg, PA. This winter, the average daily high was 4.19 degrees F colder than normal. The average daily low was 6.75 degrees F colder than normal. 89.89 percent of winter days had a recorded temperature at or below freezing.
