As soon as I heard earlier today that John Kerry had endorsed Barack Obama, my first thought was the title of this DUmmie THREAD, "Why did Kerry stab Edwards in the back?" Sheesh! Talk about a lack of loyalty! This was probably the biggest act of political betrayal since, well, the Goracle endorsed Howard Dean over his 2000 running mate, Joe Lieberman. Of course, a lot of this endorsement has to do with Kerry's hatred for Hillary since he blames her in large part for his 2004 defeat. So let us now watch the DUmmies observe Kerry stabbing the Breck Girl in the back while the commentary of your humble correspondent, wondering if Obama also has a grandfather from Austria, is in the [brackets]
Why did Kerry stab Edwards in the back?

It has been no secret that Edwards did not agree with the manner in which Kerry ran his last campaign. Kerry obviously was not happy with Edwards comments about the last election or his failure to defend his strategy? But what does it benefit Obama to have Kerry endorse him in SC? It's not like Kerry is a favorite son of South Carolina. It may even hurt Obama in that state? Why couldn't Kerry have waited to endorse Obama in a state where he had done well and was still thougth well of??

Especially since there were stories in The Atlantic about Kerry's discomfort with Edwards as a running mate. I think he was uncomfortable running with him but bit his pride for political reasons.

democrats often endorse. why is it a stab if he wants obama and edwards criticism of kerry last couple years, or edwards wife many comments about kerry, are they a stab in back.... or simply the edwards expressing? thinking you are seeing this awfully slanted.

Cool. I think the Perry Logan videos capture the average level of sanity and intelligence at the DUmp better, but the Green Day music makes this much more interesting.
Why? Because Kerry has an opponent running for his senate seat who is to the left of him, if you can believe that, Kerry needs to re-establish himself with the anti-war weenies in the demonrat party. Endorsing Obama gives him "anti-war gravitas" in his bid. Purely political decision and blatantly selfish, what elsewould you expect from Frenchie?
Not to mention, the Kennedy/Clinton split in the (D) party and the fact that Edwards is a lightweight and moron to boot.
Perry has a new video up as well. Ten minutes of complete incoherence. then it sounded like he wants to “ethnically cleanse” the country of any right-wingers.
