A heavy metal drummer is recounting a nightmarish experience while in a coronavirus-induced comatose state, explaining that hes learned to reconsider some of his beliefs from the near-death experience.
Will Carroll, the drummer of Death Angel, states that he contracted coronavirus while on the final leg of a European tour in March.
While lacking consciousness, Carroll is describing a nightmarish experience in which he dreamed he had descended to hell and was tortured by a female devil. Carroll claims that within his nightmares he was transformed into a Jabba the Hutt-like-monster and rebuked by his tormentor for sloth, vomiting blood until he suffered from a heart attack.
He says hes still going to continue to listen to satanic metal, but the tortuous experience has led him to realize that the devil isnt so great after all, and he cites the prayers of some of his Christian friends as being instrumental in his miraculous recovery.

LOL all jokes about married men are funny.
Do you know what is the difference between a pessimist and an optimist?
An optimist is a young man looking forward to marriage.
A pessimist is the married optimist a few years later.
was tortured by a female devil”, that was really Teddy in Drag...
(Snicker, snicker)
His initial comments ought to be seen for what they are, his effort to walk the fence so he doesn’t lose his livelihood. IF he can be born again he will step off the fence and discover GOD doesn’t abandon His born agains. I sure wish I could correspond with this guy. I sense God has a huge plan for him if he will step off the fence.
Gosh the devil isnt so cool after all...but he makes great satanic music that he’ll still listen too. Theres some reform right there!
An optimist believes we live the the best of all possible worlds.
A pessimist fears this is true.
For a drum set of gold?

His Nibs has a pretty sweet gig himself, though. The Almighty set him up in business with an eternal supply of red pajamas, gave him a pitchfork to goose humans with and put him in eternal charge of running the show at the earth’s core.
Eternal job security AND getting his kinky kicks with torturing people endlessly being his job description as the boss. I mean, he could’ve landed a forever job doing something he didn’t enjoy (e.g. harp playing on a cloud til the end of forever).
Lol
The devil and demons are not in hell.
Satan doesn't enter the abyss until Rev 20:1-3. Then he'll be released for a short time and eventually wind up in the Lake of Fire (LoF) in Rev 20:10.
The demons don't enter the Abyss until later. (In Matthew 8:28ff they explain it is not yet their time.) Matthew 25:41 makes it clear that the LoF was prepared for Satan and his angels (demons). It's not clear when the demons are cast into the Abyss (Rev 20:1?) nor when they are dispatched into the LoF. I'm thinking they accompany their master during each event. The will spend eternity in the LoF.
You are correct, but that fence you refer to is mighty powerful when folks are weighing the pros & cons of following Christ.
I still find myself pulled towards it occasionally (& unfortunately).
Isn’t Alice Cooper a Christian?
“How does one reach this poor soul?”
Apparently, the seed has been planted. Now the Holy Spirit takes over and works with his heart. We should pray for him.
What is it about the female brain that makes it seem like it’s raining every day?
Dennis Prager said on his show about a decade ago - and I never forgot it, that if you put a woman in a man’s mind that they will feel free like they have a huge burden lifted off of them and all is possible. On the flipside, you put a man in a woman’s mind, and all they’ll think of is suicide and wanting to kill themselves.
Amen, we should pray for him.
