I believe Sidney (not on the President’s legal team) plans on filing cases on the Dominion-type fraud this week. She said she was thinking of “blowing up Georgia” first (I suspect that’s why Twitter suspended her). The President’s team is going after the more Constitutional issues, if I understand what is going on correctly.

however, there are at least 8 Obama or Clinton judges on this court .. it is a very mixed court... 4 PDJT judges...some Busies and Reagans still there

It appears that this is the case from the Middle District of PA that Judge Brann dismissed. In his ruling, in large part, was based on a recent Third Circuit case, Bognet v. Secretary Commonwealth of Pennsylvania denying the Trump campaign, i.e, the corporation, not the candidate, standing to litigate contested election issues. It is possible for a different panel of the Third Circuit to come to a different conclussion, as have other circuits. That means that the case would get decided by the Third Circuit en banc, or SCOTUS.
