Well, they can't. If the clock is running out, which it is, and SCOTUS wants to hear the case, Alito as Circuit Judge can issue the stay himself pending further action by the full court. Stay tuned.

The President’s team is not filing the fraud cases. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell are doing that independently. It has to do with standing. Yesterday’s announcement about Powell that freaked everyone out was simply a clarification of that.

I try to give an educated opinion. However, predicting what judges will do is difficult. They frequently do dumb things. How any Republican judge can deny the predicted fraud resulting from mass mail in this election is beyond my comprehension. If the Dem political machines in the big cities can just stuff the ballot boxes as they have, Republicans could never win another statewide election there, as well as a national election. The very foundation of the republic is at state: one person, one vote.

This is one reason why I would like to see SCOTUS take on this case.

I want to see the remedy in action when such a thing happens.

One could say- yeah, we hear you..we dont care..and we are going to have the fraud happen anyway...and you cant prove it because we defied your order.

I think the Trump team is focused on winning this election, whereas Sidney is focused on blowing up the whole election system and exposing the criminals involved. The Trump team doesn’t have time for Sidney’s case(s) to play out. But the evidence overlaps in both cases and nothing stops them from sharing it.
