I drink Diet Coke because I like the taste so much better than regular Coke. Ever since soft drinks started being made with that nasty corn syrup, I much prefer diet drinks. Especially since they have no calories.
I will, once in awhile, get a Mexican Coke or Dr. Pepper. With the real cane sugar like God intended.

Gave up Coke a few weeks ago, got back during a truly crazy weekend, and may stop in. Few days when I m traveling because I am planning to quit smoking. If I can’t manage both, I will focus on smoking.
This is the only place I am revealing this, except for my travel companions. Hopefully I won’t go completely nuts s I already have inclinations in that direction.
Eh, no biggie. I absolutely LOVED Coke Zero. Mixed well with adult beverage liquids. But, once I saw the stories about how Coca-Cola thinks I’m ‘too white’, both I and my family have stopped buying Coke completely.
The ONLY way I will EVER consider buying a Coke product again is for Coke to (A) Completely rescind that idiotic “racial equality” program within the company, (B) issue a public apology over every national broadcast and cable network, (C) the entire Coca-Cola executive board resigns, and (D) they donate 500 million dollars to the campaign to re-elect Donald J. Trump for President in 2024.

I’m one of those people who can’t tell the difference between Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. Used to drink one a day, but now maybe once a week.

If you eat at a Meskin restaurant in W Texas, many times you will find a basket of roasted coffee beans at the cashier counter.
Take a few and chew on them to relieve the need to take siesta after a big meal.

I can drink 3-4 and sleep the sleep of the just. Drinking one now after a cup of real coffee at 8 PM. Won’t be a problem.
