An "active investigation continues" into the cold case killing of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, with help from "several private DNA laboratories," police in Boulder, Colorado, said in response to unearthed documents.
On Friday, Fox News Digital reported on an unearthed 1997 DNA test that shows DNA evidence recovered under the girl's fingernails and from her clothes was not a match for members of the family and others close to the household just weeks after the crime.
The document has reemerged as part of a trove of old case files discussed in a forthcoming book on late investigator Lou Smit, "Lou and JonBenet: A Legendary Lawman’s Quest to Solve a Child Beauty Queen’s Murder," by John W. Anderson.

They are probably doing ancestor genetic tracing.
It takes some sleuthing.. but you can track them down.
Some sicko with a fetish for little pageant girls.
They couldn’t have released this 20 years ago?
wonder if they can use that ancestry.com process to find who did it. that stuff is fascinating.
Nowadays when everyone has a second cousin who submitted DNA to a public database like 23andMe, more and more cold cases are gonna heat up.
There was one homeless guy that was a suspect at one time, but I don’t know if he was formally ruled out or not.
The Ramsay’s did somethings that were odd, such as continuing to renovate their basement which gave the impression they were hiding something. If this were my child, my renovations would have been stopped cold until the case was concluded as far as they could take it.
Yeah. Really happy to have relatives who gave my DNA to this criminal government.
This is a book promotion advertisement.
You and me both. I wish they had told me ahead of time so I might have been able to dissuade them.
This is kind of a big nothing burger. It’s about a guy writing another book about it.
Yet they still west after the l parents/brother for how many years??
Keystone Cops extrodinaire.
“1” typo
She was murdered in 1996. They knew it wasn’t a family member in 1997. Why did they put the family through, especially the mother, the horrible suspicions for all this time? I don’t care how stupid the police looked, they shouldn’t have covered up evidence that exonerated the family.
Seems strange, doesn’t it?
“ Yeah. Really happy to have relatives who gave my DNA to this criminal government”

I’ve convinced most of my family NOT to submit their DNA. We wouldn’t want a familial DNA link to the DNA found on the cigarette butts left by ‘D..B. Cooper’ to pop up.
Hammers…nails…
Biden?
.
But FOX won’t allow their Hosts to mention Seth Rich’s name.
Just like they didn’t ask Biden about Hunter not the Laptop in the Presidential Debate.
