Too bad for you the supreme court left it open for the states. At least eight states (nine maybe, I think Texas passed something) have already banned the kind of eminent domain the horrible supreme court decision that Leno (if he can be trusted) said 94% of Americans opposed. Also multiple states (including mine of Georgia) have bills that are expected to pass that will limit eminent domain in some way. You're side is losing on this front.
