How fitting would it be for a man, whose political career started out by having all of his opponents disqualified, end his political career by being disqualified himself? As ironic as real life is these days, I can totally see this happening.

This will only happen if the ‘rats see that ‘bammers is going to lose in a huge landslide and take most of them with him.
THEY’LL be the ones that push for him to be disqualified so they can get another candidate on the ballot.
They did something like this in NY, IIRC, when their candidate was imprisoned, and they got some judge to rule that it wouldn’t be fair to enforce the election rules that the replacement candidate had to meet filing deadlines.
Someone should dig up Malcolm X’s carcass and collect some DNA. Someone else should take a swab of Obama’s martini glass.
To me this seems to say, We aren't going there, it's not within the scope of what we're ruling on.

Agreed, but they referenced there was information available that clearly defines what the Constitution did not expressly state. At the time of the framers there was NO ambiguity about what a “natural-born” citizen was.
That is a child born in the country to 2 citizen parents.....
Obozo is NOT and has never been Constitutionally qualified to serve as President, unless his father is other than BHO, Sr. Which is very possible, and may even be probable. The problem with that logic is, if there is a birth record with BHO, Sr listed as the father (whether or not he was the biological father) BHO, Sr. would still be his father under the law.

Here are my numbers:
1.) 20 % of any given population will stay with the incumbent, regardless of the facts. Just check out our own Revolutionary War.
2.) Most of the people who pay NO personal Federal Income Taxes, now at 47 %, will vote to stay on their personal free lunch program. People vote their pocketbooks.
3.) 30 % of people believe what they hear, regardless of the facts. Book I read awhile back.
4.) The MSM will continue to consolidate their support of THEIR Nobel Peace Prize Winner: Comrade Chairman, Spendaholic, Arrogant, Debt-Greedy, Eloquent Orator, Dictator, High Poo Bah, Barack “You Lie” Hussein Obama II. Yawn, some things never change.
1.) = 20 %, 2.) = 23.5 %, 3.) and 4.) are included mainly in 1.) and 2.) but probably could account for an additional 10 %.
20 + 23.5 + 10 % = 53.5 +/- 3 % error.
As for falling on his sword, Obama looks, acts, and speaks exactly like a third world Dictator, with NO interest in stopping his own reign of abomination.
BTW, I forgot to figure in the parents of students who have immense student loan debts, students with student loans, professors who teach students with student loans, occupy whatever people, people who hate banks, hate big oil companies, hate millionaires and billionaires, hate CEOs, hate CEOs with corporate jets, hate Wall Street, hate bonuses, hate high corporate salaries, love high salaries for athletes and movie stars, ( I’m getting a cramp in my hand, so I gotta stop).
