...For assault weapon ban but says the AR-15 shouldn’t be considered an assault weapon...
There is already an assault weapons ban unless owned under Class 3 exceptions. No, AR15 is not an assault weapon.
Ain’t nobody got time for that.
we need a badass executive and master negotiator at the helm. Right now, he;s the only one who fits the bill.
Is there a source for all this good information? Is it what you have gleaned from reading and watching tv?
Bump.
Thanks, entropy12. HOORAY Trump
He’s not a lifetime politician, he’s a businessman who doesn’t have perfect poll tested positions on every issue. Kind if like a regular American who LOVES America.
Most from reading and making notes. If you want references, you can go to a library. Much of this information is from his book “Time to get Tough”.
Thanks—maybe I will get a copy.
Donald ripped apart the Iran deal today on a 20 second twitter ad that showed Zer0 praising the deal while pictures of 4 American hostages still held were shown with their capture dates and the statement that, “America needs a real negotiator.”
That is a fact. The tweet cost him nothing, is causing lots of reaction, MSM has picked it up, and it cost him nothing.
This is the man we need.
There was an FR post 3-6 weeks ago that listed and I think had links to these points. Also think there are one or more Web sites with the same. (No time to check now but if none offered, I might have time overnight to look).
He is a flip flopper on a lot of those things
I wouldn’t trust him
...Is there a source...
IIRC, its on his campaign website.
I don’t think he needs to weigh in on every issue - this will be handled through the courts and see how it plays out. Religious freedom is at stake here and this could be a good place to test the 1st Amendment. What he believes on this issue, or what others believe = shouldn’t be a deal breaker unless they - as Carly did - stomp on religious freedom. I haven’t heard what Cruz’s position is on this either.
Good reply.
“I wouldnt trust him”
Well, that’s you. I say trust but verify...
And what do you have that’s even close???
Here’s mine.. if they took the job whether it is a public or private position and that is part of the job description or added to the job description, than they need to do it. It would be nice if the employer would make exceptions and help out the employee, but they don’t have to, but if they can’t so be it. If YOU own your business, all bets are off.
How would you feel if a Muslim chef at a restaurant refused to make a pork sandwich citing religious conviction, what would you say? NOW, if that Muslim owned the restaurant, he can forbid pork, that’s the way it works.
I think you hit it the nail on the head. Only a fearless, badass business executive has a chance to make changes. Trump will use the bully pulpit better than others.
