I believe you are correct. I think Trump pardoned him, restored his rank and restored his SEAL status, all in one fell swoop. I have to admit I was shocked, when I saw the brass still essentially said it was going back to committee, or whatever they call it. After I thought about it for a bit, I thought Trump probably ain’t gonna like it. These chumps need to clear out their desks, and hit the road. That is insubordination.
I think it would be appropriate for Trump to contact Spencer directly to get it done. Let his Sec’y of Navy take care of the paperwork and any of the other bureaucratic steps that would be necessary.
