You have mistaken the intent of Polarik’s post. He is not endorsing these views. I beleive that he is merely assmebling the observations of others. He has told me that he cannot form ANY opinion on the authenticity of the document without another like it, of known provenance, that can be used for valid comparison.
Could this document be what Corsi brought out of Kenya? He had been threatened. Regardless, if it has been procured illegally, the source might not want to be known even if the document is legit.

If a girl has a child in the US in 1961, the child is a natural born American...
The problem was if Stanley Ann had the child outside of the US because she was not old enought to give him NB American citizenship...
It does not matter what the UK might say...
Its the US law that comes into play if he was born in the US...
