Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Completely serious! Grandpa often took Jr to the beach and he would tell other people there that Jr was a great great grandson of King Kamehameha. It’s no different than Jr entering 5th grade at Punahou and spreading the rumor himself that he was a prince of his father’s tribe in Kenya.

How good is your eyesight? lol I believe both birth announcements are available with a google search. “The Honolulu Advertiser” provided a lousy scan of the entire page but they messed it up by reproducing just Jr’s announcement so the full page view isn’t available.

What about that neighbor next to the supposed Birth Announcement home who stated she never saw Obama at that house.
She has lived at the same home since before 1961.
Was there a followup to that newspaper interview?

No I never lived in Hawaii, would love to be there right now after the horrendous trip 18 miles to get groceries today. The snow and limited visibility of 100 yards was something else again! I got interested initially because of the passport issue, having been on a mother’s passport for travel and I also knew about travel between British Columbia and the U.S. in the 60’s. Shall we say I educated myself learning about Jr and the more I found the more I discovered the many unanswered questions which kept surfacing. I quickly came to the conclusion that Jr’s story was a fairytale and some people bought it hook, line and sinker to the detriment of the U.S.A.
I noticed so many inconsistencies that a thinking peron should question and yet they didn’t. This was the first time I ever witnessed the media choose the candidates for an election and it was extremely troubling! I have a theory of where Jr was born but no proof, just instinct and the fact that it stinks that he is being given a pass!
When I first saw the birth announcement I had read other articles from your local presstitutes and written down the various addresses, once I had mapped them out I focused on you as someone who had lived on Oahu and I do thank-you for help you provided. I pray that the U.S. will survive the next 8 years without major catastrophes. At this time I would also like to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and all the vry best in the coming New Year!

That’s why the entire article was posted here. I have discovered too many articles disappearing down the rabbit hole so when I find articles I post them here as an archive of sorts.
Now I know my eyes aren’t what they used to be, think I will print out both the picture and the birth announcement clipping and pop on the ol’ mag eyes. Maybe I will be able to see twins in the picture and maybe I will find their announcement as well. Many thanks for posting, I sure appreciate it!

Going to blow my own horn here and admit I have actually read the entire thread twice!lol My right arm still isn’t working properly but it works just fine with a touch pad on a laptop. (we won’t mention dinner that almost landed on the bottom of the oven, when I thought I could just put the cooking sheet in the oven, oops not yet I won’t!) I wanted to find out how many links were no longer valid and perhaps find them in other spots. Some I ended up posting and making very long posts, but better a long post than a dead link!
