CBS News ^ | March 23, 2011 | Sharyl Attkisson

Last night, a reporter from Univision asked President Obama about the subject of a CBS News investigation: allegations that ATF allowed traffickers to send weapons to Mexican drug cartels in an operation called "Fast and Furious."

"There may be a situation here which a serious mistake was made and if that's the case then we'll find out and well hold somebody accountable," he added.

Anyone have word on whether our dear magnanimous and sensational super genius Barack Hussein Downgrade has found this out and held someone responsible?

His biggest problem is that he can’t find anyone outside of his administration to blame.

Guns are responsible. Pre-meditated, agenda-driven murders. It doesn’t matter who or how many die. They are collateral damage in the totalitarian BIG picture...

Making a case for national gun registration, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said “perhaps mistakes were made” in the botched gun-walking program known as Fast and Furious, but she said trying to assign blame misses the larger problem.

“This is a deep concern for me. I know others disagree, but we have very lax laws when it comes to guns,” Feinstein, an advocate of gun control, said during Tuesday’s hearing of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism.

“My concern, Mr. Chairman, is that there’s been a lot said about Fast and Furious, and perhaps mistakes were made,” Feinstein said. “But I think this hunt for blame doesn’t really speak about the problem. And the problem is, anybody can walk in and buy anything.”

The "serious mistake" was made in the last presidential election!

Obama's only regret about Fast and Furious was getting caught.

Yes...ahem! ....well.....ahhhh.....mistake!

( The only effin mistake Obama thinks he made was to have been caught. Holder and Obama should be impeached for waging undeclared war on Mexico, and for violating the constitution requiring these two idjits to protect our nation.)

How bad is it in Mexico, and how much has Obama helped to create and empower drug gangas there? That is the real question. Hell, Obama has even given the drug gangs SANCTUARY on federal lands in Arizona.

How bad is it in Mexico? The MSM does not report the truth and there is a ban on reporting drug gangs in Mexico.

How bad is it in Mexico?

Take a look:

And the BEST Obama can come up with is to further destabilize Mexico with “GUNRUNNER?”

Obama is a fascist. He wants to ruin the South west, and then make it into a battleground for socializing red states
in that good old fascist way.

And back it up with a paper trail.

Failing that, they most likely would have throw one of their own under the bus and haven’t done so.

Most likely for the very same reason – the distinct lack of a paper trail.

Unless that trail leads to the Downgrader himself.

Something to contemplate.

He’s too busy presiding over the Obama Depression to bother with accountability. It’s a full time job, you know.

Yes, when you’re trying to Cloward-Piven the place the last thing you’d want would to be held accountable for it.

The first serious mistake was that oscamma was elected. After that, it was just typical. Their only mistakes were getting caught.
Ours was thinking that anything would be done about it. Ping.

The biggest mistake made was electing anyone who says they want to FUNDEMENTALLY CHANGE THIS COUNTRY. We must make amends and politically destroy obama and the socialist democrat frauds who pulled the scam of the century to fraudulently get him qualified in the first place.

I am working on a video project.
I need a spokesperson, probably a woman, who has lost a family member in the Mexican drug wars.
Any help any Freeper could give will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I hear you.

If we had a press that did the job that what was envisioned by the founding fathers they would have asked the soon to be Downgrader just WTF he meant by that phrase.

They might have liked the answer – but the people wouldn’t of.

Held responsible? I'm waiting for someone to even talk about this...

"Grenade-walking" part of "Gunwalker" scandal

And this...

Worse Than Gunwalker? State Dept. Allegedly Sold Guns to Zetas

Phil Jordan, a former CIA operative and one-time leader of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center, claims that the Obama administration is running guns to the violent Zetas cartel through the direct commercial sale of military grade weapons:

Jordan, who served as director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center in 1995, said the Zetas have shipped large amounts of weapons purchased in the Dallas area through El Paso.

(snip)

“They’ve found anti-aircraft weapons and hand grenades from the Vietnam War era,” Plumlee said. Other weapons found include grenade launchers, assault rifles, handguns and military gear including night-vision goggles and body armor.

More about State Department involvement...

— has sources claiming “Obama’s man in the State Department,” (former) Deputy Secretary of State Jim Steinberg, was the State Department operative who helped Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and the Department of Justice Deputy Attorney General David Ogden formulate the strategy that led to the tactics used in Operation Fast and Furious.

Steinberg took office as Deputy Secretary of State on January 28, 2009

A little more than two years later, it was announced that Steinberg's time in the Obama State Department was over. From the New York Times, 30 March 2011:

Mrs. Clinton heaped praise on Mr. Steinberg, describing him as an “indispensable” partner. “On every foreign policy challenge, big and small, he has helped formulate our policy and oversee its execution,” she wrote. Mr. Steinberg, she said, played “Oscar to Jack Lew’s Felix,” referring to Jacob J. Lew, her other deputy, who left earlier this year to become Mr. Obama’s budget director.

Thanks StaffiT. “We’ll hold someone accountable” if anyone gives this story the coverage it deserves, night after night, in every home in America that still bothers with broadcast news.
