Where's the birth certificate (large billboard on Interstate 5 in Los Angeles)

I took this picture today on Interstate 5 heading south through LA County. I think it's close to the city of Commerce but I wasn't paying that much attention to the location.

I tend to be a skeptic too. So much so that fellow birthers have raised questions about my sincerity on this issue. And then again, some have accused me of not being skeptical enough. So there you have it - no way to win.

I want to be a skeptic. I want to find a reason to not believe all we know about obama now and to think of good reasons obama would hide what he doesn't want us to know.I wanted to believe in Obama last year when I knew we would have a democratic president. I survived Clinton, I could survive Obama.

But the more I researched, the more links I put together, there is no other reason in my mind other than blatant fraud on Obama's part. At this point I am scared to death for our country and anything that comes out of Obama's mouth furthers what I know about him as a liar and con man. It is a plan or agenda created my the master minds of hate for America. Obama at the helm he just makes it easier for progressive marxists to implement their egotistical plans.

If anyone out there can convince me otherwise please come forward because this is not a restful way to live being scared to death for our future generations. I would like to go back to positive future planning without government control on our every move. I don't see it happening under Obama.

Democrats draw their support from the ignorance and complacency of their electorate: the Proles, as Orwell would say. People fear that if they oppose this mad dash toward collectivism, they may be stripped of what few gifts the government allows them to have. Big Brother may be watching.

“Perfect forgery”? Don’t think there’s any such thing. Someone capable of doing that would be counterfeiting large bills, don’t you think?

The money obama is using might as well be counterfeit. It wil destroy our dollar soon.

What happened to massive 135 billion forged bonds smuggled by Japanese? Where did they get them? Were these denominations strictly for government-to-government transactions and are not found in the private sector.

Maybe there is a perfect forgery and scam on the people going on for all we know.

Fred’s apparently a man who knows how to bring technology to bear. I like that.

Well in the literal sense, there isn’t a perfect forgery. With Obama’s connections, he has plenty of resources to money and technology. And he’s had a year to work on it.

I don’t know if Orly thinks the Pakistan travel issue is a big deal or not. I only know that she includes it in her briefs filed with the courts. And it’s incorrect.

I can’t point to a link that says travel was allowed either, but I have provided the government document number and text of the U.S. State Department travel advisory that says Pakistan was issuing 30-day visas to American citizens (tourists only) at their airports. The advisory was issued to let American citizens know that if they planned to stay longer than 30 days, they would need to apply for an extended visa prior to traveling to Pakistan.

Since the U.S. Department issued the advisory, it inherently implies that travel to Pakistan was permitted by both Pakistan and the U.S. I’ve heard some indicate that the travel ban was on Pakistan’s side not the U.S. side. The travel advisory also proves that claim to be false.

I’ve done extensive research on this one issue and have not found a single document in the National Archives that indicates travel to Pakistan was banned, warned against, advised against or anything of that nature. As I said, I’m trying to get my hands on a copy of the actual document from the Archives so I can scan it and post it. (Maybe I’ll send it to Polarik and have him post it so others don’t accuse me of online document forgery. Ha! Ha!)

I don’t know why she thinks travel to Pakistan was banned. I suspect she got that claim from Berg or WND.

I emailed her the document number and text of the U.S. State Department travel advisory from 1981 and asked her why she thought travel was banned. I pointed out that Pakistan was issuing 30-day visas to American tourists at the airports in Pakistan upon arrival to the country. I never got a response.

Has anyone tracked down where obama's legal defense told the court that the BC had some embarassing details to obama and the DNC on it? I read that but was not able to track the quote anywhere.

The defense never actually did that. What they did was say in a filing (#15 in the Berg v Obama case) was:

Rule 26(c)(1) authorizes the Court to enter a protective order to protect a party “from annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden or expense,” including an order forbidding the discovery or specifying terms for discovery. “While the court should not automatically stay discovery because a motion to dismiss has been filed, ‘a stay is proper where the likelihood that such motion may result in a narrowing or an outright elimination of discovery outweighs the likely harm to be produced by the delay.’”

But as I read that filing, they never allege that Obama would suffer embarrassment if discovery were to proceed.

But in the event, the Court ruled "no standing" and "lack of jurisdiction".

OMG!! I just saw that yesterday while our family was driving down to Mt. St. Helens. We also read the other side of the board where it read, I’ll keep my gold, God and guns, you keep the change.

I’m not following you. Is that an accusation of deception on my part or on Orly’s part?

Orly is leading the issue, but to not follow-up and correct is dishonest on her part.

That’s why I take issue with some of her methods. I’ve said as much on other threads and have been lambasted for saying anything negative about her. I’m told to give her a break and cut her some slack because she’s the only one out there doggedly pursuing the issue at her own expense, which is true, but doesn’t negate the fact that she filed false information in her briefs to the court. If she did so unknowingly, I could excuse it. However, since I have addressed the issue with her, there are only three possibilities that I can imagine:

a) She didn’t receive the e-mail, so she is unaware of the travel advisory. I didn’t receive a rejection from the e-mail server to which I sent the e-mail, so I must assume the server processed it.

b) She received the e-mail but it went to a spam folder and was either not reviewed or was deleted, so she is unaware of the travel advisory.

c) She received and reviewed the e-mail but ignored it, in which case she is aware of the travel advisory but hasn’t corrected her briefs.

The main reason I’d like to see her and WND retract these claims is because the claims are represented as fact on FR and spread around like a virus. I’m waiting to obtain a copy of the original travel advisory before I post a thread debunking this particular claim with force and fact.

A friend called me this morning to tell me she’d just passed it, and that she took a picture. She said she’d email it to me.

Just a bit ago, I was copying some information from Donofrio's site to respond to "x" on another thread about the citizenship status of the parents of Presidents Buchanan, Hoover, Wilson, and Arthur. On the front page of Donofrio's site he makes this statement. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who thinks this sudden interest by the media and Gibbs is a setup.

Pardon my leaving the NBC issue aside for now. Too much strange stuff flying around and I don't really know what to make of it. I feel like a scene is being set – a dinner table if you will – and the meal is going to be a "long form" BC for your culinary delight. It just feels like a set up – all this long form – long form – long form — blah blah blah. That's the standard being established for absolute eligibility.

It's being allowed people. Just my opinion. But you have to be a complete lemming if you think Gibbs is now regularly calling on Les Kinsolving of WND in White House pressers just to be a fair dude. The administration appears to be controlling this game and leading it to an endgame where they give you EXACTLY what you’re all asking for. Notice the standard wording Major Cooke stated to the press – "All he has to do is show the long form BC ..." etc. If that's all he has to do to drive a stake through the heart of the eligibility issue ... then that's what you can expect.
