Open wish: Governor Palin declares, with the specific goal of causing a brokered convention.
(Stubborn Palin supporting vanity)

Posted on 12/19/2011 8:06:53 PM PST by Cringing Negativism Network

Today I read several intriguing stories Palin had floated the idea that it's not too late for someone to enter the GOP race.

Read one on Drudge, and saw a couple right here.

Suddenly I felt that old optimism return. And would like to mention something as an open suggestion, I did not hear in the speculation and obligatory "she's not running" comments:

There’s no humor, among the anti-Palin minions

HUMOR? Do you honestly think what is going on is funny? Gee, if you do I need some of what you are drinking/or smoking because not a damn thing about any of this bullshit is 'funny' humorous'.

We're going over the cliff at a rapid rate and yet...some keep posting their wetdreams of a Palin run. She is not running; she is not going to suddenly come forward and save the country. Geez.. Knock it off with your demented fantasies.

The door was open to her...she chose to slam it shut. Game over. DONE. Finis. OVER...

Nobody good enough for you out of the current line up? Well boo fng hoo. Stay home and wring your hands. The rest of us have to determine what we are going to do. My mind is made up but the field is still open.

Come back to earth. It is what it is. We have a freaking Marxist madman to get rid of and this is our last shot at it.

Palin? *spit*

She said no. Now she might say yes? Flip-flopper! Time to cast her aside too, right?

Sarah did say this would be an unconventional election...

Would I still vote for her if she were to decide to jump in? HECK YES!!!

It will only fracture the already broke tea party base more. But I am leaning towards her running once Bachmann, Santorum and Perry get out. Because a rino will win the nomination. But right now the tea party base is split between Gingrich, because they have run out of options, Bachmann, Perry and even Santorum who has seen a slight uptick in support.

You are delusional....Sarah Palin could not get elected dog catcher of Wasilla at this point! She has no credibility as a political candidate. Her slogan might as well be “If nominated, I will run for awhile. If elected, I may serve a little while.”

They can't knuckle Sarah Palin under.

Right. Never in a million years.

How about this scenario? Romney is the nominee and then she decides to run as Constitution party? Wild idea? She would get 99.5% of the Freeper vote and I think many more from there! Romney becomes the Charlie Crist. Even if she did not win, her coattails would secure a GOP Senate and House.

The only good reason to do that was either blackmail or sell out. One means maybe she still had a few less forgivable skeletons, and the other means that her dedication to the country is smaller than her desire for pundit paychecks.

There may be another reason that you failed to mention. Perhaps entering the race after it becomes apparent that none of the current crop will do was part of her overall strategy. She said this would be an unconventional election. She also said she would not seek the GOP nomination. Perhaps she will run on the Restoration ticket. God knows we need some restoring.
