More proof of AGW/Climate-change and that we must eliminate private property.

If the Feds change the speed limit back to 55 MPH, it shouldn't be a problem. The government can fix anything by passing a law, right?

Pass a law that it can’t come to Earth until it has signed up for Obamacare that ought to delay it another couple centuries!

The British tabloid claims that it may hit the Atlantic Ocean. But if it hit land, it could cause a quake of more than magnitude 8. It still wouldn’t be all that interesting except for the crater (little less than 2,000 feet deep).

Somewhere there’s danger, somewhere there’s injustice, and somewhere else the tea is getting cold.

Well, if the envirowackos are successful in convincing the world of the fundamental immorality of industrialization then by the 29th century we’ll be all living with medieval technology. In which case there will be nothing to be done about it - whatever happens, happens.

Scientists invented the ultimate electric oven in the 50’s. It had a stove top deep fryer, 3 heating elements (do we really need four?) & two side by side ovens, one with a rotation rotisserie feature.

Why cant I buy that today? Who cares about asteroids 860 years from now?

DC is about 177 sq kilometers...increasing asteroid size.

"Energy Released: 186 million MT (MegaTons of TNT)
(The Dinosaur Killer: 100 million MT)

QUAKE!! Magnitude 11.1 (largest recorded Earthquake: 9.5)
Crater Diameter: 178.0 km
Crater Depth: 1.4 km "

- - - - - -

Now there's a good fit. A Goldilocks rock. ;^)

I’ll start to worry about it 867 years from now.

Right now, I’m more worried about a Kenyan at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and his RINO co-horts on Capitol Hill.

the envirowackos

What's funny is, the wackos don't realize that the oil and gas economy is better for the environment than the old horse-drawn economy.

Oil and gas have a much smaller footprint than all the acres we used to need to grow the food for the horses. So much so, that with a lot less farmland under cultivation, the forests of North America have come back to cover as much area now as in the 1700s.

So much forest in fact, that North America has become a carbon SINK -- after crossing the continent, there's less CO2 in the eastern seaboard air than the western seaboard. (The prevailing wind is west to east.)

So not only is the US not adding to atmospheric CO2, we're taking the Chinese CO2 out of the air.

I don’t know, I’ve never seen an oven with a stove top deep fryer. There are some really fancy ranges for sale, though, if you don’t mind paying a fortune for one.
