This doc. does indicate Ann And Obama Sr. were married and you ask a key ? where were they married and was that marriage recognized by Kenya, if the marriage was recognized by Kenya did they accept the Hi. divorce ?, was there a Kenyan divorce?, and if they did not accept the Hi. divorce were Ann and Obama Sr. still married under Kenyan law until Obama Sr. death

Even if it says “Republic” and that’s not technically correct, if the peoples names and places are real, and the info matches the original certificate bound in the volumes, then it’s the real deal.

The question is did they print up government documents in anticipation of becoming a Republic before the Republic was officially declared?

These were just upon first glance and took me a total of about 20 minutes to find:

2) Mis-spelled the name of the village that Obama's father was born in as "Kanyadhinng" instead of Kanyadhiang".

3) Gave the age of Obama's father as "26". He was born in 1936 and thus could not have been older than "25".

4) The certificate number is given as "47,044" which is remarkable considering that Barack Hussein Obama was 47 years old when he was sworn in as the 44th president of the United States.

5) Most damning of all, the font used is Schmutz, which was invented in 1995.

Good theory.....mine is that it may have been filed in the State of Hawaii Courts' archives, unless there was some reason necessitating its return to the Plaintiff in the divorce proceedings. Divorce and Custody records are usually sealed in Hawaii.

Even if I'm correct, I won't discount your theory of the Brits involvement since the kid would have ties to them as a British Subject.
