Matt Drudge has revealed some information that hasn't yet been released, on his sydicated radio show.

Excerpt: "I've decided to reveal some of the dirty sex details of the case. I have been told it's anal sex. ... My sources have been telling me.

"That's why it's going to be controversial when it goes to trial. It's what is causing people a lot of uncomfortable feelings.

"Some of the details (of the case) are explosive. Dateline (NBC) had some of this information and decided not to air it. ... This speculation is quite solid from where I sit."

I tend to agree with you. I've thought all along that this was going to be a case of mistaken intentions by both parties. I heard a lawyer from CO yesterday say that rape was VERY easy to prove in CO because of new, strengthened laws. Kobe might have a problem if this is true. Most women, at least not a young, casual acquantaince, would not agree to this.

This story is quite old in Europe. Most people believe over here believe that everything was fine between Kobe and the girl, until he decided to "explore other avenues". That is when she is said to have freaked out. Wont it be interesting with Kobe saying it was consentual, and the girl saying it was rape, for BOTH of them to be right?

I can't tell you how badly I didn't need to know that. I've gone out of my way to not read a single thread about Kobe, because I don't care. His situation is gossip, not news. The last thing I wan't to have to look at when I check on Latest Messages is ANAL sex. There are a lot better websites out there for that, there are no better websites out there for actual news.

This has also been discussed on previous threads by myself and others.

The story is, she was quite willing to have sex, but during the act Kobe rolled her over and anally penetrated her, despite her objections. This explains the "physical evidence". Even cosentual anal sex causes damage to tissue.
