Bill Clinton Warns Nation of Danger of Electing a Former POW President
AZCONSERVATIVE ^ | 13 July 2008 | John Semmens

Posted on 07/16/2008 8:29:10 AM PDT by John Semmens

Former President Bill Clinton (D) warned voters against electing former prisoner-of-war Senator McCain president. “POWs are not like us,” Clinton observed. “They’ve been held captive in barbaric conditions, tortured and humiliated by this country’s enemies. How can they ever be objective enough to deal with our country’s enemies as president?”

Clinton argued that his evasion of military service saved him “from building up the prejudices against and hatreds for different cultures and political systems that could have compromised my ability to govern effectively. My judgment was untainted by any suffering and privation that could have biased my views. The same can’t be said for Senator McCain.”

Senator McCain called Clinton’s comments “a stunning revelation of the liberal mindset and as clear a distinction as we could want for what lies ahead if certain choices are made by voters in November.”

In related news, the Russian government threatened “dire consequences for the people of the Czech Republic” as a result of an agreement with the U.S. to establish a missile defense system in that country. “This move by the Czech government evinces a level of distrust that makes us want to strangle them in their sleep,” a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry declared.

Somewhere in America, being announced on a SWAT team’s megaphone:

Bill Clinton...
We have you surrounded...
Drop the cigar...
Step away from the intern...
And come out...
With your pants...
Up!

"McCain has already sworn to get OBL, something Bush has not only failed to do, but arguably prevented."

I see absolutely no evidence that Bush is preventing the capture of OBL, but I do hear a constant drumbeat of this propaganda from the left daily. McCain has picked up on it and is using it to distance himself from Bush. This is typical of the pandering RINO senator and sickening. It is maddening to listen to "normal" people talk about war when they are totally insulated from real-time intelligence, which is only given to a handful of people.

I hear that they have yet to figure out where Steve Fossett has crashed. I'm sure it will be much easier than finding OBL, but I'm sure some conspiracy theorist out there is coming to the conclusion that Steve Fossett did not crash but was instead....

"Do it."

It could happen since I refuse to say "never".

Give ‘em hell, John.

Perhaps Clinton is trying to forward his wife’s 2012 campaign. He certainly cannot think this is particularly helpful.

Nevermind.

Kinda pathetic that this is so believable that “satire” didn’t spring directly to mind.

There are just tooo many areas of comedy gold to be mined (there's another one) from Clinton attacking an actual Vietnam vet.

Everyone should remember that in order for Clinton to have won in '92 they had to launch a massive campaign to convince the American sheep "It's the Economy, Stupid" and denied any mention of the fact GHW Bush just came out of the Gulf war with a 97% approval rating.

They're doing the same now. "Don't worry about the future of your country, hillbillies, worry about your money and your stuff!"

We even get Bob Barr as this year's Perot.

Someone in the chain of command has told our boys to not enter Pakistan to find OBL or his body. Most of OBL’s most ardent supporters would come out to fight if we were in there, and we could this this war won and finished. Bush has done nothing but kick the can down the road for another president to deal with. Bush is the Commander in Chief, the buck stops with him.

“Bigger question: How does a draft dodging, adulterer, rapist, land dealing criminal, (what did I leave out?) become Commander-in-chief?”

Clinton became Commander in Chief because he was cool (sarcasm added. He appealed to Hollywood and the MTV crowd.

"Someone in the chain of command has told our boys to not enter Pakistan to find OBL or his body."

Here's a clue.

PAKISTAN!

Pakistan has told us to not go into their territory to find OBL. This info is available to everyone, since it was widely announce by Mussarif, Bush and the State Departement for years after we went to war in Afghanistan.

No need for conspiracy theories, it's public information.
