I know you're not answering questions, but perhaps someone else can help me with the following: In your table comparing the the 4 versions posted, you list compression ratios of 33%, 11%, 6% and 5%. However, when I try to calculate using the data in the table, I get 3%,11%, 6% and 5%. What am I missing?

He has proven that the seal on the FAKE birth certificate is not the seal they used in 1961.

Not exactly. The COLB you see is a modern, computer-generated graphic that is laser-printed on special, green paper. It is only a transcript of a birth record on file, and is not an actual, original birth certificate.

What may confuse the viewer is that the COLB form was created in or around November 2001, but it may contain birth information going as far back as 1960, the year after Hawaii became a state.

In other words, it's "Old news in a new form."

Since 2001, for security reasons, the border has been changed every year. However, the Seal used in 2007 looks similar to the one used in 2003. It is for this reason, that the Obama Campaign and Factcheck never suspected that the Seal as well as the Registrar's stamp, would look any different on a 2008 COLB from what was used on a 2007 COLBs.

But these two features were, in fact, changed for 2008, and thus, there is no way in Hades that they would ever be found on a real 2007 COLB with a real 2007 COLB border.

They would, however, be found on a fake, Photoshopped COLB:

The 0bama website version is OHBM.
They both have the same spot (flaw) mentioned by Polarik.

As far as I can tell:

OHSM - KOS, Factcheck, Politifact, and all Certifications submitted from other people

OHBM - FighttheSmears

As all of BO's have the same spot, the alteration would have been made to the original jpeg file.

The first version I'm aware of was the Kos version. It has the speck/spot/flaw below the E in Certification. It also has OHBM in the lower left corner.
The next version I saw was from 0bama's website. It appears to be identical to the Kos version, except for size.
Then along comes FactCheck, with their version. It has the speck/spot/flaw but has OHSM in the lower left corner.
Could it be that the original (nearsighted) forger mistook an S for a B, and that error was 'corrected' by the good folks at FactCheck ?

The KOS version is OHSM. The 0bama website version is OHBM. They both have the same spot (flaw) mentioned by Polarik.

The initials were not changed since they first introduced the current COLB form seven years ago. The "S" in OHSM looks like a "B" because the Obama Campaign deliberately made a lousy image copy, ensuring that the image would be illegible under magnification.

Call it the Case of the Dyslexic Image Document.

Sorry, I don't see that. At the highest zoom level I can muster there are clearly, at least to me, two versions.
The 0bama website and Kos are OHBM and FactCheck is OHSM. The difference is obvious in your document.
