A normal Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth says: "Date Accepted by State Registrar"

If this is Obama's only claimed Birth Certificate, it would appear he never had a valid one.
If the Dunhams were not able to satisfy the State as to his birth there in 1961, it makes more likely that Obama was born elsewhere.
Where are the witnesses, the photos of proud Mum and Baby with Hospital in the background, where are the leaving Hospital Photos?

Is the first jpg of obozo's "birth certificate" the same one he posted on his website during campaign?
OK. I see: “THE KEY: ‘FILED by Local Registrar’ vs. ‘ACCEPTED by State Registrar’” Well done Miss Tickly. Hope this will be used to defeat anyone who says the COLB is proof of Birth details. Even Hawaii have never officially accepted it. Where is the Judiciary and Politicians in all this?
In a nutshell, it looks like the information on Obama’s COLB is information he filled out in an application for a birth certificate.
The COLB just spits out the info that Obama FILED in his application. The state of Hawaii just says here is he application information, we haven’t RECORDED it as true. It’s pending review.
I happened to have visited Hope AK, Johnson City TX, and Honolulu HI, last winter. The two former cities proudly proclaimed homes, hospitals, schools, and neighborhoods inhabited by their proud sons. Honolulu? Deathly silence.
The link is to factcheck.org so I guess it’s the Obama COLB they are relying on now.

The thing is that this shows Hawaii never officially accepted that Obama was born there. He has to prove birth in the USA as part of the qualification to be President. So that makes him a Usurper.
They are passing his COLB off as reliable legal information when in reality it only reflects what Obama, himself filled out in an application.
The state of Hawaii has not verified that it is true. They make of point of saying the information they have looked at is FILED INFORMATION not RECORDED INFORMATION.
The state of Hawaii stands behind RECORDED INFORMATION. FILED INFORMATION is provided by the applicant and can’t be verified as true without proper documentation.
He has to prove birth in the USA as part of the qualification to be President.
So that makes him a Usurper"
