History shows that oppressed minorities, once they achieve the power they desire, tend to seek revenge rather than practice what they preached about equality and freedom. The Puritans came to this country seeking religious freedom but once here, outlawed other religions.

Any exec with that kind of philosophy on talent should be flipping burgers. My philosophy is that I don’t care if you are plaid - if you can work on a team and you have the talent, I want you. Gay, straight, transgender. Irish or Swahili - Be good and be group, or begone.
The board should fire her idiot a$$.
So instead of hiring the best people for the positions, regardless of gender or race, this woman is setting up an affirmative action situation for her company. I hope the stock holders are aware she is openly advocating hiring someone based only on his or her skin color.
