So am I the only one that has trouble sometimes excepting post and critiques from people who don't bother even providing a minimal profile? Just asking.

Perhaps those people regard their posting history as their profile.

They may be trying to remain anonymous.

I would imagine folks get fired for having our viewpoints.

It’s not worth it. I had a profile until I realized that there were some here who would use any personal bit of information against you. Even though it’s been gone for years, at least one unscrupulous FReeper has used it to mine for information.

Just so you know the history...we didn’t use to have the option for a profile so some folks who have been here for a long time never bothered. I don’t have a problem with it.

It’s a Class 4 disorder. not sure if there is any relief available currently,, short of copious amounts of champagne and scotch.. I lean toward champagne but usually drink beer. I hear ya tho.. 8-]

The best part about putting a profile is the people addicted to insults will inevitably go to your profile to find fodder, at this point you know they’re worthless and can move on with your life.

I didn’t put my profile in because my nose is too big.

Really, what does one need with a profile, unless you are fifty-something.
