"Bush's fault" gets old from Obama and it gets old from FR posters. Any wit or humor involved ran out long ago. That's the point: Obama (and the left in general) has over-used it.
People that post it are mocking Obama and the left. It's more than humor -- it's satire.

People that post it are mocking Obama and the left. It's more than humor -- it's satire. It is greatly overused, boring and monotonous and devoid of wit or humor. Just because you think it's satire doesn't make it worth posting constantly.
