This is a comprehensive legal review of the NBC evidence against Obama with dozens of WND articles and the key federal statues cited and explained.

While the title says Obama's birth location is "irrelevant," Pidgeon explains in detail why birth location could be disqualifying but as of now the uncertainty of birth location compared to the certainty of Obama's NBC ineligibility is what makes the birth location "irrelevant" in comparison.

Pidgeon is the law partner of Leo Donofrio. They have an appeal of an adverse ruling in the Chrysler Dealer case in which Pidgeon and Donofrio accuse the federal judge, Judge Gonzales, of committing a "fraud on the court"...his own court. The lead plaintiff in that case is on the record as being willing to pursue Donofrio's theory that a quo warranto filing in DC could be made to contest Obama's appointment of the car czar. "But for" the appointment of the Car Czer by an ineligible federal official, the Chrysler dealers wouldn't have been injured.

But we do represent 82 former Chrysler dealers – led by James Anderer – who support a future quo warranto action."

This stuff is doing no one any good. If Obama came out and said he was born in Kenya, nothing would come of it. The damage has been done and this conversation takes the attention away from the friends and advisers from his past that are instrumental in influencing domestic and foreign policy.

I am more concerned with the teachings of Frank Marshall Davis and Saul Alinsky, Bill Ayers and J. Wright. Or, the influences of Tim Geithner, Valerie Jarret, Van Jones. How about Mark Lloyd, the Diversity Czar at the FCC who praises Hugo Chavez and wants government control of the media and internet?
