at this stage, the game is all but fixed... unless a new player enters the field
for the GOP, romney, perry and cain won’t bring it home. they each have very high negatives with the far right
for the DNC, 0bama won’t run again unless he wants to expose the BC, which he doesn’t. biden has no chance.
that leaves the way clear for hillary. the right hates her, but the left will support her if 0bama stays out. the only question would be how much of the independents can she pull
only one player can change this equation.
any such player would not be on the DNC or GOP ticket.
such a player would pull at the independents pretty hard.
such a player would have to enter/register with the federal election as the representative of some 3rd party by august.
any such player would turn the whole thing on its head and would gain massive media coverage ... going into the election.
any such player would make both the GOP and the DNC freak out.
now who could that be....
