COLLUSION ADMITTED – Ron Paul Fingered, Attacking Gingrich & Santorum for Romney
Gulag Bound ^ | February 25, 2012 | Arlen Williams

Weekly calls between the Paul and Romney campaigns

This entire stream, uploaded this Thursday from Mark Levin, is very important, but be sure to catch what he plays at the 7:04 mark. It is from a recent "Morning Joe," telecast.

at YouTube, "Mark Levin Helps the American People more than Ron Paul could ever hope for"
"There is a de facto alliance between Ron Paul and Mitt Romney; there's no question about it. At this point, it's an open partnership, I mean Jesse Benton, Ron Paul's campaign manager, has talked about the extent to which they're cooperating with the Romney campaign. And he said that there are weekly phone calls...."

What is behind this Alinsky-style pattern of attack?

We suggest one possible answer to this riddle is Ron Paul's principle political benefactor, globalist financier and libertarian activist for the homosexual agenda, Peter Thiel [edit: reportedly, at least former steering committee member of the Bilderberger globalist manipulators].

As has been noted:

For more on Thiel, see "Follow Ron Paul’s Money too: Peter Thiel, Globalist, Bilderberger, GOProud Activist." For more on the candidate in question, see the Gulag Bound tag, "Ron Paul."

In therightscoop.com:

Mark Levin: What is Romney promising Ron Paul?

Levin noted last night that Ron Paul is helping Romney by attacking full throttle Santorum like he did Bachmann and Perry, but won’t spend any significant money attacking Romney. So Levin wants to know what Romney is promising Ron Paul in return:

(h/t: Legal Insurrection)

Never forget to follow the money.

As is our policy, we repost in entirety, with credit and backlink, when posts are very brief.

None of the four do, except Newt, IMO. Thus, my goal would be for the race to stay muddied until Newt can rally - IF he can rally - and I am not sure whether or not that is possible. So no, I am not in a rush to promote Santorum too fast because I think a Santorum nomination damns us to the following possible outcomes:
A: he is totally rejected by the American public because in a two man race his pettiness and snarkiness and self righteousness cannot be hidden the way it was in an 8 person field and therefore we have an absolute disaster in November 2012
B: he wins the Presidency because Obama is weak, but governs as GWB without the charm, damning us to higher spending and congressional losses and a disaster in 2014 and again 2016 where we get the next Obama.

No real country again for at least 20 years or more.

I’m sorry, that’s how I see it with Santorum. In other words, for the rest of the life expectancy of many on FR, the nation is screwed. Just cannot get on board with that now.

What is so sad and disappointing is that Levin and Rush seem to have forgotten his petty snarky BS attacks. I am really stunned by it, and stand by my prediction that those two folks- whom I thank God for often - will very much regret their lack of vetting.

Agreed.

Do you mean Michigan or your town when you say “here”, CC?

I hope you predict the former..

Watch for the Santorum folks to take my advice :) and blitz the airwaves with the now famous stadium shot with the massive Michigan Mormon population as a backdrop.
Caption; WTH?

Anyone who thinks Santorum Huckabee is a good ticket and who claims to be a Cain guy while saying that is frankly too stupid for me to deal with. Yes, too stupid. That is a ridiculously dumb idea, Santuckabee 2012. You prove you have zero understanding.

I am done with your ignorance.

If you watched the debate, it wasn’t very subtle. they made no pretense of anything but tag-teaming Santorum.

Yeah right. Santorum sunk himself by showing his true colors under fire—a "team player" career politician who only gives lip service to so-called consistent principles.

Watch out, or that “brilliant” guy named Cain Conservative - the genius who thinks Santorum Huckabee is a winning ticket - might call you names.

I still find it incredibly ironic that a “CainConservative” goes around bashing Newt like you do.

I’ve got a pretty good sense with these things so I’m predicting Santorum will pull off a narrow Michigan win.

Important to remember that even Soros said there was little difference between Bath-House Barry and Romney.

(and the puppet master should know, although I still can’t figure out why he would say this in public.)

It does take a rare mind indeed to still be fooled by Huckabee. It takes that same kind of mind to think that a ticket of Santuckabee could get more than a handful of votes nationwide.

And then to think that a pragamtic businessman like Cain would support such nonsense? Next he’ll tell us Bill O Reilly understands the oil business.

This is a rare mind. Thank GOD!

I share your selection of Newt as our best hope, he has the gift of being able to paint a compelling case for conservative principles, the experience of defeating the libs nationally, the knowledge of the legislation process, and dealing with the liberal media bias.

I do not think Santorum would be as horrible as you are suggesting, my take is that both the conservatives (yes, an 88 ACU rating is conservative) in the race, Newt and then Santorum would do well in the race, whereas it will be easier for the dems to take out Romney than the other two.

Santorum has his baggage (heck, so does Newt, BIGTIME), but I think you may be exaggerating Santorum's problems.

At this point, it is my belief that neither of them can stand against Romney without the other staying in the race. Romney will be able to focus on only one with his scorched earth tactics if the other leaves the race, but if he has to do it to both, he exposes himself, uses more of his campaign chest, and becomes weaker. If Newt and Santorum do not tag team Mitt back, he will win.

If Newt does not win, I can support Santorum, it is Romney who is the candidate of death, the only one IMHO that cannot win against Obama.

“Interesting indeed, because a pretty fair case can be made that Santorum was himself a tool of the Romney Campaign to destroy Newt”

There is no case that can intelligently be made that Santorum was a tool of the Romney campaign. You are distracting from the actual facts in the case that Paul is a Romney tool by spreading outright lies.

Are you trying to create a disinformation campaign to cover up and distract from what is really going on? Or are you a troll or something? What is your purpose in spreading idle gossip?

I respect your assessment of RS, and I would hope that you are right and that I am wrong.

Yes, he has a decent, and by decent, I mean “NOT GREAT” ACU rating, but beyond that, those ratings don’t measure success or accomplishments on these issues. It’s just a check box. I just don’t think RS can lead any kind of real needed change, even though he would perhaps believe most of the right things.

Talent matters.

Surely, the Paulbots have to feel betrayed by this.

Not that.

Or, are they too deluded, and will make up some twisted excuses for their guy.

This.

If Romney will collude with Paul, then collusion with dems is probably in the works too. Or anyone else. It’s part of his makeup.
