It's the reason I'm willing to go out on a limb and say he'll win the next two as well. Unless Romney is being hustled (which is as unlikely a strategy as it is stupid) the Barack Obama Hopenchange unicorn is out of gas.
Conservatives always knew it, the rest of the country is just now finding out.

POTUS - TOTUS = ZERO

No it doesn't, it confirms how lame Obama really is. McCain ALSO beat Obama in the first debate (he ran circles around Obama on foriegn policy, am I the only one who remembers this?) and was ahead in the polls until the economy tanked. It proves the "Obama is a masterful orator" image the media hypes is false. Seems a lot of freepers, especially Newt Gingrich supporters, bought the media hype and now can't seem to realize it was wrong. They think Romney is the "best GOP debater ever", instead of the simple fact that Obama sucked last night. Romney did fine, Obama was underwhelming. End of story.

I think a factor overlooked by everyone as to why Obama did so poorly and looked so ill at ease, and why Romney did so well and looked so confident, is because their respective internal polls are showing that Romney is going to win the election and Obama is going to lose.
Thus, Romney could look and act Presidential because he expects to be President, and Obama wanted to be anywhere else than where he was because he doesn’t expect to be President much longer. Obama simply didn’t have the gumption to go down fighting and detested the additional humiliation that was being heaped on him during a futile effort from which he had no escape and during which he had to control his natural petulance and nasty temper. Romney could simply begin acting as President.
Obama lost for one reason: he showed up.

You can tell that O was holding back. Keep in mind that the next R+O debate is a town-hall meeting. That has been a challenge in the past to Republicans. And expect Bide to go mad dog next week.
Romney has had a lot of debate experience this year where Obama has had nothing close.
I think Osama would have won in end anyway but it was a close race till the financial crisis, easy to forget that.
