We can drop this debate over his birth certificate because we have something even more valuable. We have his mother’s passport files.

If Obama was born in the United States, as everybody says, then there should be a photo of little Barack Obama with his mother, as well as a certified copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate in her file.
Surprise. There are no photos of little Barack Obama in the file. And of course, there is no birth certificate from any hospital in Hawaii.

The obvious question is, who took him through US Customs and Immigration and helped him board the plane in Hawaii? And who brought him back?
The only mention of little Barack Obama is when his mother tried to renew her passport at the US Consulate in Jakarta a few years later. We see evidence of that in the file.
She tried to trick the passport office. She went to the US Consulate in Jakarta and wrote “Barack Obama” in the section where you add your child. She thought, like we did, that they were going to add him to her passport, no questions asked.
They probably laughed and asked her how her son got to Jakarta without a US Passport.
When she failed to go get this Hawaiian birth certificate and retake her photo, the Passport Office crossed out his name.

Of course, you can define "natural born citizen" any way you want in order for you to consider a candidate's qualifications, but others are entitled to disagree with your formulation and to utilize their own. We all have a duty to not vote for a candidate we believe to lack constitutional qualifications.

How serious a crime is a forged Hawaii certificate?

Well if you look on page 1 of the link to her passport FOIA requests you will see that her 1968 passport renewal states her passport was issued in 1965 in the top left. It doesn’t say if the 1965 passport was a renewal. It just say’s ‘Date Issued July 18, 1965. Jerpme Corsi never got answers if there was a prior passport to 1965.

“Lieutenant” was the young man's name, not an indication of rank. However, many in the MSM and others have erroneously referred to him as Lt. Quareles Harris or Lt. Harris.
I believe Sacajawean only posted that in order to disrupt the thread and deviate away from the subject of the thread about the passports.
She was too young to transmit citizenship.
Now, to the passport info;
It is my firm belief that ANY problems Zer0 had with passport records were taken care of years ago by CIA Director John Brennan back when he was CEO of Analysis Corp, a contractor for the State Dept, when that contractor breached Zer0’s, Hillary's and McCain's passport records.
This statement is false. What is true is that children COULD be included on a parent's passport.
It goes further than that. My mother traveled from Berlin Germany to New York City in 1920 on her grandmother's passport. We no longer have the passport but we do have the photograph of the two taken for the trip. The consular seal is visible in the photograph and is actually embossed into the paper. Both of my maternal grandparents had died prior to 1920, mom was 12 when my great grandmother decided to "get out'a Dodge" at 62 and traveled halfway around the world to start a new life with her grand daughter. She lived to be 93 and never learned a word of English, mom learned English in six weeks but never lost the accent.

Suppose you won the lottery and 100 million dollars. Several years later it is discovered or even suspected that you forged the winning ticket. That’s ok says the State Treasurer - “ that bell’s been rung- can’t do a darn thing about it now” - see how fast that works for you. You’d have a lein on all your property in about 15 minutes
With that line of reasoning, once you commit the crime, you cannot be held liable for it. Impressive.

My parents went to live in Europe for a year when I was nine months old - I still have that passport, with the photo of my mother holding me and my name in the box for minor children.
When we went back to Europe when I was nine years old, I had my own passport.

That’s a myth. The guy that got shot had no connection to the accessing of the passport records.
He didn’t access the records. Someone that worked for Brennan’s private security firm did. Harris was just some con man whose murder got mentioned in a column alongside that incident, and the myth has grown ever since.
