I'm really excited that Chris Christie got reelected last night in a landslizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
By June of 2015 there's going to be a lot of RINO hand-wringers out there who will say that Christie is just saying what he needs to say to be accepted in a DEEP blue state like New Jersey. Including sucking up to Obama.
I accept that argument...for New Jersey, but national office is a different story.
There should be an electoral college litmus test that says if you can't get the state you're from to support you then forget it...I don't see Jersey going for him over Hillary.
Maybe he'd have a shot against Anthony Weiner though...
Even if I'm wrong and he wins, conservatism loses. Nothing gives liberals more pleasure than to conflate the stink of moderate RINO failure with conservatism.
I'm still pissed at these ideological ostriches for fooling the rest of the (low-information) GOP primary voters into foisting Mitt Romney on us...
Anyway, now's a good time for a weird metaphor for what 2016 will look like...
I know this isn't the first time I've used Slimer...but this one is way more appropriate.
How do we stop this recurring problem?
Revolution.
Christie will have to meet the GOPe litmus test: Who can we run who is guaranteed to lose the election.
can’t wait for the al jazeera debates..
Christie could never deliver NJ in a presidential race against Hillary. That’s why the leftist fanatics in the media love him. He can’t beat their girl at home, and when he gets in the bigger world of conservative politics, he is the kind of guy who will make Republicans sit home again.
More like Hillary and Fatass on the same ticket.
A man of his age and weight has a heart attack bomb ticking away every day.
Your next leaders have been chosen.
Ain’t voting for him.
Not now.
Not ever.
Guess the GOP is doomed, but we all knew that anyway.
May as well keep pushing with the Tea Party - ‘cuz that’s the only party that possesses a modicum of intelligence, morality, and responsibility.
1996: Clinton vs. Dole
2008: Obama vs. McCain
2012: Obama vs. Romney
Christie refused to give Cuccinelli any support, helping to put a Clinton Operative in the Virginia Statehouse. Great strategy for 2016 there Chris.
Good point that the choice between these two probably makes little difference in terms of how fast the USA continues to go down the toilet. What I find especially horrifying is that after another three years of Obama, Hillary will be able to sell herself as a clear-thinking, moderate and ethical alternative.
Christie is trash.
Wait until the Left starts telling candidate Christie he needs to denounce the Tea Party and abandon any conservative views if he wants any chance of getting elected.
Isn’t there a picture of Christie and Obama embracing before the 2012 elections? If I’m Christie’s opponent in the primaries, I just run that photo in my ads during any Southern/Western primaries and he’ll be unelectable outside the Northeast.
National Democrats spending little on Barbara Buono's gubernatorial challenge
Didn’t vote for the fat bastard last night....won’t vote for him in the future.....
FUCC....
It’s like a damn roadrunner cartoon with those dopes.
Remember all of the kissing up McCain got in 2000? Then again in 2008?
Like how the hell was that guy even a serious candidate? Ditto with Bob Dole.
Conservatives KNOW the scam. We’ve seen it employed for years, and we have NO EXCUSE in 2016 to fall for it. That means we get behind a candidate (ONE CANDIDATE), and we dont back off or split our votes.
We know when he or she wins the GOPEs will not give money or support, so we will have to have something in place to make up for that, and on top of that that candidate must not allow any of the establishment’s operatives onto their staff no matter how big their smiles are.
