As the chaplain blessed the treasonous casting of Michigan's Electoral College votes for Joe Biden "in Jesus' name," the air of my home office was blue. I was that mad!
Then I realized that by affixing their John Hancocks to the official electoral vote certificates, despite President Trump's repeated warnings, they were signing their own fates as traitors. Tribunals may be in their future.
But even as the DNC traitors were publicly outing themselves, so were the GOP heroes.
In the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Arizona, the GOP Electoral College voters also showed up and also affixed their John Hancocks to the true Electoral votes for the true winner of the 2020 Presidential Election, "our duly elected and beloved President Donald J. Trump."
I was going to type, "So let's crunch the numbers" until I realized that's a nonsense phrase. Suffice it to say, the five states sending two sets of Electoral Votes to Washington D. C. equal a total of 69 electoral votes putting Donald Trump at 301 electoral votes but as we all know, it was much higher than that!
Ladies and Gentleman, we officially have a contested election but you won't find any headlines about it. The Mainstream Media doesn't want you to know about it. Well, phooey on their "narrative." Gimme truth every time. And the truth is that Joe Biden is not President-Elect. He wasn't yesterday, he isn't today, he never will be!
Like you, I had hoped that one (or even more!) Democrats would turn so-called "faithless elector."
That looks bad in print but, in this case, it would be the most patriotic and heroic thing they would ever do despite the laws of some states making it actually illegal (which seems to me to defeat the purpose of the Electoral College.)
Not only would it show tremendous courage and integrity to the true wishes of the majority of the American voters but they would be acting in the spirit of the Electoral College to protect the people, in this case, from voter fraud.
I actually agree with 2016 faithless elector, Michael Baca, when he told NHPR, "I want to push back on the term faithless electors. I believe that we're being faithful electors or even conscientious electors because we're making sure that the president doesn't fall to someone without the requisite requirements." He (wrongfully) considered Trump a bad choice in 2016 just as we rightfully consider Biden a we-didn't-elect-him-because-he's-horrible choice in 2020.
In 2016 it was about personal preference. In 2020, it's about honoring the landslide vote of the people for the candidate who doesn't have dementia and isn't in bed with China! How hard is that!?!
I'm ashamed to say that not one elector had the integrity to turn "faithless."
Is it over? Has Donald Trump lost all recourse? Is the will of the American voter to be thus thwarted?
Not on your tintype!
There are yet people of integrity in America and many hurdles, steps and actions to be taken that will ensure Donald Trump remains in the White House because We the People demand it.
Here's just one example: According to Newsmax, "The Washington Post reports that technically, alternative electors can meet and cast their own votes, as electors are picked for each candidate before the election is held. If their votes are submitted to Congress, it must consider them."
Is there precedent?
Indeed there is!
On November 6th, in my article Patriots Have Not Yet Begun to Fight: Here's How to Protect Your Vote via the Electoral College I wrote the following:
"In 1960, Hawaiians voted in their first Presidential election. While a recount was still underway, the Republican Governor of Hawaii signed the certificate for the state's three Electoral College votes to be cast for Republican Presidential Candidate (and current VP) Richard Nixon.
Later the same day another certificate was signed, giving Democratic challenger John F. Kennedy Hawaii's three electoral votes as he had won the popular vote by a mere 115 ballots.
As VP and President of the Senate who must preside over the joint congressional session that processes the Electoral Votes, the choice came down to GOP Presidential Candidate Richard Nixon. The choice must've been torturous for him. Would he abide by the will of the people who wanted John F. Kennedy or award the Presidency to himself?
To his credit, he followed his conscience, not his ambition, and accepted the Democratic votes, thereby making John F. Kennedy the next President of the United States.
Mike Pence will be in Richard Nixon's shoes and like Nixon, he will also do the right thing and abide by the will of us, the American people. Happily, this means he will continue to serve as Vice President for the next four years."
We all knew today's charade of Electoral College votes treasonously cast for Biden was going to happen. It was just a charade. A movie. A tableau. Political drama. Nothing more.

So, what is the Electoral College count now? Or, is that going to be determined January 6th when the House and Senate hold a joint session to count the electoral votes? I believe we don’t know and the count January 6th is the final determination.

Yes. A Michigan judge ruled that a redacted version of the audit of a voting machine will be released and that discovery of a future trial could begin. One could say the Michigan electors who voted for Biden knew that there was a potential indictment looming but still participated in a potential crime as defined by Trump’s executive order.
Today, December 14th,2020, a date which will live in infamy—the United States of America was deliberately attacked by the treasonous crininal forces of the Democrat Party and their fraudulent electors , supported by the People's Republic of China.
May Divine Providence guide our Vice President to right this tremendous treason.
If not we are a nation ar war from within,and soon to be at war without with the People's Republic of China.

So, what say you, LL?? Are you convinced by the evidence put forth by the examiners of these machines? The findings indicated that an abnormal (100x) number of ballots were sent for “adjudication” and hence all ended up in the Biden tally. Does that not provide enough proof to you that this was no doubt repeated hundreds and thousands of ballot counts around the nation??

What is relevant is whether the information gathered is true or false. And why would a judge allow the release of the information if it were known to be false??
Honestly, I have no clue. Perhaps, like so may judges, he sees no reasonable remedy should he rule for the plaintiff? We are in a time where judgers seem inclined towards cases that are centered around democratic “fleeting” concerns, but hardly worried about laws and constitutions. It’s as if they are chaperoning a bunch of soft-headed feelings through the twisted maze of legalese that stands athwart their momentary “desires”..... A sad state of affairs.
Who cares if I'm convinced? The judge matters, and he said he'll hold a trial on these allegations in April of 2021.
All I can say, based on 42 years as a lawyer, is that an expert's initial opinion rarely looks as good after cross-examination.
In the last case I tried before I retired, the plaintiff offered what they called "the nation's foremost valuation expert" who testified on direct examination that a company was worth between $50-$100 million. After he was cross-examined (not by me, by my partner), the judge found the company was worth zero.
My only point is, don't take one side's claim and say it was what a judge found. This Wisconsin judge found hasn't made any findings yet.
