A 44-year-old man was arrested earlier this month after witnesses at a Federal Way apartment complex spotted him using his genitals as a puppet.

When Martin was arrested at the scene minutes after the 10:30 a.m. incident, the string was still attached, police contend. That would make for an interesting frog-walk to the police car.
Especially if the string was long enough to step on.
