Meet Boomer, the dog trapped in a human body: Unemployed IT technician, 47, roams Pittsburgh dressed as a canine and barking at passing cars

Like many other dogs, Boomer loves nothing more than roaming his neighborhood, barking at passing cars and fellow canines before returning home for a bowl of biscuits and a nap in his kennel.

The only difference is that Boomer was born a human.

Gary Matthews, 47, has been living the life of a playful pooch for years - donning a white-and-grey costume made from paper with an over-sized collar proudly displaying his new name.

Born human, “identifies as” dog.

Unemployment does strange things to some people...He should be barking at the White House!

I agree, and although this is over the line, it beats suicide by a long mile.

John Stuart Mill said it elegantly: "You had might as well take away a man's life as deprive him of his means of earning bread."

Stop immigration now. It is killing us - literally - in the IT and Semiconductor industries....

Though I have to say, I have been in Pittsburgh a LOOOOONG time, and I have never, ever seen this guy.

Generally our street crazies make themselves eminently visible downtown.

Has this guy been checked-out??? Isn’t he the mayor of Pittsburgh or, at least, the head of the DIMocRAT party?

Most of what I see hired and working anywhere in support land are Petes. They seem to be preferred by state agencies.

My guess is he is a "Stillers" fan and lost a bet with a "Browns" fan and is "paying up"...

Are we really sure he didn't head up the development of the Obamacare website?

Someone should have the dog catcher show up and haul him away to the pound.
