Like many other dogs, Boomer loves nothing more than roaming his neighborhood, barking at passing cars and fellow canines before returning home for a bowl of biscuits and a nap in his kennel.
The only difference is that Boomer was born a human.
Gary Matthews, 47, has been living the life of a playful pooch for years - donning a white-and-grey costume made from paper with an over-sized collar proudly displaying his new name.

Yep, “who are we to judge” is the buzz phrase of the left to keep anyone from criticizing any bizarre behavior they want to promote.
This reminds me so much of a book I was forced to read back in High School, actually, a short story. The Metamorphosis, By F. Kafka, is a story were a single man about 30y/o living with his parents wakes up after a nap only to find himself transformed into a giant roach. I was so glad to be done with that assignment, the concept was more than a little disgusting and disturbing.
This guy here, I at first mistook to be a middle aged woman, with her hair in little bobs. He never indicates whether or not he’s housebroken, or pretends to still be learning what not to do.
Let’s see, self-identifies as a dog. Too bad he isn’t in California, then he really could use dog restrooms — i.e. fire hydrants, trees or fences, without any sort of problems.
Yeah, I see Boomer in his dog house, but who is that guy on the left; the 400lb plus young man in levis? Is he also imitating some sort of animal?
LOL! He may indeed be our Mayor as nobody has seen our Mayor for months. He is currently under a Grand Jury ethics probe after his police chief just pled guilty to being a thief.

I can’t remember if this came from South Park, but a trans-gender joke was a character who was trans-species.
And now we have it in real life.
Or a guy trying to justify his SSDI/disability for mental illness.
He is no farther out there than a man who cuts his penis off and wants to be called a woman.
Chas Bono is even crazier than this guy she thinks because she is fat and ugly she is a man.
