FL_Engineer suggested that if you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. I have been looking for a full transcript of GAL Richard Pearse's report. I haven't been able to tease it out of Google or from FReepers yet. In the opening paragraph of this thread there is a link to "previous GAL, Richard Pearse, Jr." but it brings up "this document doesn't exist on this server." Do you know what happened with that? Thanks.

Thanks for the ping. Am sending to my list to keep them vigilant - Terri's not out of the woods until Michael can no longer have any authority over her person or her care. We are slowly winning the war - by keeping this thread up and by putting together the pieces of the story, freepers are showing folks that something is not right here.

No I don't. That is the problem with linking to some of these sites, especially if there are some people out there working to thwart our efforts, as some have suggested. FReepers are stepping on some powerful toes. It was posted earlier that these documents should be saved to hard drive before linking so that if the link is lost, the information can still be reposted and I concur with that.

As far as Pearse's report, I believe it is posted in it's entirity on one of these threads, more than once. If I run across it I will link to it.

That early picture of Terri and Michael was a surprise to me.

Michael does not look like he is glancing at a dead person or someone in a coma.

How can Michael and Felos go on CNN and say Terri has been dead/comatose/"not there" for 13 years?

Were they large partly due to a drug reaction?

When Terri is examined neurologically, I hope they take blood samples from her to see what drugs actually are in her system. ,(i.e., I hope they don't rely on her medical charts, to determine what is (supposedly) in her blood stream.)

If she is doped-up she might be more sluggish than she would otherwise be.

What is the difference between an injury to the brain which has affected her whole body, and a drug acting on her brain, which is affecting her whole body?

I am not a lawyer and know nothing about legalities surrounding trading stocks. I've heard of "insider trading" but know nothing about that.

Please forgive me for picking your brains.

How do you think we should go about checking to see if there was insider trading around the same time that Jerger Insurance being taken over by Philadelphia Consolidated?

And shortly before that, Jerger took over a company run by Steve Beaty...how could we find out if there was insider trading on that?

Or are those types of takeovers done in a way that there would have been no insider trading?

I'm not saying that anyone we've mentioned here on FR was involved in "insider trading" (whatever that is), I'm just asking a general question about persons unknown.

George W. Greer -- divorced three times

I would imagine that he has been divorced because he is ALWAYS right, and the women were WRONG. That's the way George W. Greer seems to rule from the "bench."

But in the Age of Clinton, I would imagine that divorce could be considered a valuabe asset for "diverse life experiences," or something like that.

What is also shocking is how much FL leaders seem to want to protect the "honor" of George W. Greer's "court"? It is truly the FL example of a "kangaroo court."

Here is a paragraph that I came across from a TX website. It bodes ill for the future of poor Terri and the FL judiciary though it does not address Terri per se.

Judge Robert Bork fears it will be hard to stop the "unceasing replacement of government by elected officials with government by…judges". Lets hope for America's and Texas' (or FL?) sake he will be ultimately proven incorrect.

Sent your original post, about your father and Wolfson etc., on to a person who may be able to get in touch with Pat and the Schindler family regarding this-I don't think we should EVER assume that the Schindler's attorney can know all that is being done on the Scindler's behalf.
